il valore aggiunto è sicuramente la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, prodighi di consigli e pieni di attenzioni, soprattutto verso i bambini.Venice home si trova sull'isola di Giudecca, a pochi passi dalla fermata Palanca del vaporetto, vicino al alcuni locali che, complice la distanza da Piazza San Marco, offrono buon servizio, prezzi umani e tranquillità.con il vaporetto si arriva in pochi minuti ovunque, per cui è un'ottima base per visitare Venezia e dintorni.La tranquillità di sera è ottima per chi cerca relax e pace dopo le giornate intense in centro.non ultimo, le stanze in condizioni eccellenti e la pulizia sono di assoluto livello

The place was great. Very clean and modern. The host Filippo was excellent! He was very helpful and accommodating, even helped us with our bags from the Alilaguna station (which is nearby) to the B&B. It's also close to the vaporetto station to go in to Venice. Would highly recommend this place if you are going to Venice. Also at a good price.

l'hôtel est bien situé, en plein centre de l'île Giudecca qui est en face de Venice. On apprécie bcp son emplacement, peu bruillant et le quartier est vraiment tranquille le soir. le paysage à l'extérieur de l'hôtel est magnifique. Notre hôte Felipe est très gentil et très arrangeant.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The window opened up to a beautiful little courtyard. The hostess Laura was amazing, she was very accommodating. She welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the room, and gave us some helpful tips for how to get around in Venice and what to see. Every morning she had a great breakfast prepared with good coffee. One morning we needed to leave a little earlier than the usual breakfast time, no problem, she set out breakfast early just for us.In Giudecca, it's quiet compared to the rest of Venice. This place is a hidden gem, it's out of the way enough that you won't hear any crowds and you can sleep with the window open to let in the cool air. But it's still very close to some great restaurants and the water taxi stop, so you have easy access to the rest of the city. I really have nothing bad to say. It's charming with modern comforts, excellent location, excellent service, great value.

Spędziliśmy w Venice Home wspaniałe 4 dni. To bardzo dobre miejsce, oferujące wysoki standard w bardzo rozsądnej cenie. Przemili właściciele są bardzo pomocni w organizacji wycieczek. Kupując kartę na tramwaje wodne jesteście w stanie w 5 minut dostać się do Placu Św. Marka. Idealna lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Wenecji, a wieczorem można usiąść w pobliskiej knajpce Osteria Da Moro i podziwiać panoramę miasta z lampką wina lub weneckim spritz (Select) ... 2 razy tańszym niż po drugiej stronie kanału :). To był cudowny czas, bardzo dziękujemy i polecamy wszystkim nie-jednodniowym" turystom w Wenecji."

Partiamo dai titolari estremamente gentili e cortesi, sembra di essere a casa. E continuiamo con la pulizia e cura delle camere davvero ottime. Colazione ottima e varia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
