BackPackers Hostel

The facilities and staff are top. Clean comfortable. It is in the centre of Napoli and very close to everything, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurant, historical places, metro, Airport so you can save much time if you decide to stay in this hostel. It is in a very safe area Fully recommended.

Lo único bueno es que tiene baño dentro de la habitación y la ubicación pero de servicios de hostel no tiene nada y encima cuando llegas te dicen que solo aceptan cash porque no les anda el posnet

Nos cancelaron la reserva online y la volvieron a ofrecer con un mayor precio, limpieza regular a mala, habitaciones pequeñas y frías, artículos de higiene personal te los cobran a parte, cuando al contratar decían estar incluidos.

Tuve una experiencia excelente, los chicos de la recepción super amables. Ubicación cerca de todo. Y pude conocer gente de muchos lugares. Volvería a ir.

The unique hostel in Napoli, it has everything you need to rest, work online, party and have traditional food which is particular for Napoli. The rooms are very large and clean. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

The person at the reception acted racist after checking our Indian passports(at least I felt being discriminated against).While everyone else got their rooms around the checking time i.e. 2PM. We were asked to wait till 3PM. That's fine till now, giving him benefit of doubt as a reason given was pending floor cleaning.Then, everyone was given rooms before us, even if we had come before them. For that matter, by the end of it, the people who came after us were leaving after getting dressed up and we were still at the reception.We finally given a room but, he refused to give us room key while a couple from Netherland in the same room were given their keys. Upon asking he confirmed ' you dont need the keys'.Then our beds had no charging points, upon which he requested us to change the room along with the couple, but asked me and my friend to stay on different floors. Nothing like this was explained before to us while we waited for more than 2 hours and the rooms clearly had space(as more than 8-10 people were allocated rooms who came after us).Only saving point was that the another person agreed to cancel our booking.

Ótimo lugar para ficar sozinha, me senti segura. Staff muito bacana, super recomendo!!

Muy mala experiencia, la atención del personal no es buena , todo esta en refacción y cobran muy caro para lo que es el lugar.
