Nothing beats spending time in Venezia in a homely environment, a true Venetian experience with local people in an amazing top floor very spacious apartment close to the bustling of Santa Margherita but quiet for a real relaxing experience. Nicolò and his mother Cristina are great hosts, always welcoming and nice, amazing chefs in their own right. Can't recommend it enough, I'll definitely stay there again when back in Italy. Now back to Australia!

Lovely accommodation on the top floor of a historic building, with spectacular views over the rooftops of the city, in a very strategic location.Hosts are friendly and helpful!

LOVED my time here! I'm Returning in September for 3 weeks & can't wait! The Two previous reviews made me wonder if they were writing about the same place! If your a typical tourist" you may find the area less than desirable......not a lot of them here. My goal when renting in Italy is to live in residential neighborhoods!"

One we would like to forget. Dirty expensive. Full of old things that need to go to bin. Rude agents who call you liarsLarge house but needs de cluttering.and cleaning best room is shower room
