Amazing. We stayed at Podere Cartaio for our spring holiday with our family (6 adults and 3 children). Federica and Guglielmo are tremendous hosts. The villa sits in the middle of the countryside with views of the fields and Sienna in the distance. The yard is a lovely place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or simply sit and talk with friends and family. The home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The hosts meals were delicious.. All local flavors from their farms. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. The pasta and bread making class at their facility was a great experience for us and the children. Would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

Ho conosciuto l'azienda in un mercato a San Gimignano e ho avuto occasione di provare i prodotti. Abbiamo fatto un ordine con il Gruppo di acquisto solidale e abbiamo confermato le nostre aspettative: persone di una gentilezza inaudita e prodotti eccellenti.Le farine sono strepitose per fare il pane con la pasta madre...il pane diventa super alveolato e profumatissimo..Lenticchie ottime.Grandinina di farro gustosissima, anche dentro al minestrone. Pasta eccellente....con sugo ma anche direttamente con olio e grana.Insomma siamo davvero entusiasti. E Grati.

Prodotti ottimi di grande qualità. Biologici, coltivati proprio nei campi attorno alla fattoria. Buonissimi i ceci ed il farro, consigliata anche la pasta secca e i pici freschi ! I prezzi, tuttavia, non sono economici ma la qualità si paga...
