My husband was very ill. He got the wrong medication and wanted a medical statement (which the doctor refused). The next day we called to ask for additional information and the doctor did not even remember. Very bad experience.

Very legit, English friendly and efficient operation. Was able to quickly get a check up on Sunday afternoon and get a prescription to solve my illness. Saved the rest of my trip! Thank you!

Excellent service! My son came down with a bug while we were traveling in Florence, and I was able to book appointment for that same day. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the staff in booking an appointment so quickly, and with the professionalism of the doctor. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I am 90 and was worried that I had contracted covid, as I had developed quite a cough, I had a visit from the doctor within 4 hours, very professional and kind. No vivid, but a prescription was left, should I need it ,this is what allows me to be able to travel this late in life. THANK YOU

Traveling from the states and my wife became quite I'll. The doctor came to us, and prescribed medication. Very cordial, punctual, and professional.

I was so impressed! My daughter became quite ill on our trip and I was able to get a doctor to come to our hotel and give her a checkup. He was on time, friendly and he communicated with us very compassionately. He gave her medicine on the spot plus prescribed her medicine to keep her healthy for the duration of our trip. What a wonderful service that saved our trip.

I'm from the states and was visiting Florence. I suddenly got extremely sick and was considering going to urgent care. I don't have insurance here obviously so I was worried about the medical cost. I looked on Google and found this doctor and that he goes to people houses and this was the perfect thing because I was so sick I couldn't move or go anywhere. I called him at 6:30 am I felt so terrible and he answered! I think I woke him up from sleep! Thank God he answered. We chatted about cost and earliest time and he was thankfully able to come to my airbnb at 9 am. He showed up actually at 8:45 am earlier than planned. He checked me out and gave me a prescription. Provided payment which was a fair cost. My husband got me the medications from the closest pharmacy and now only 1.5 days later I'm feeling so much better. Thank God for this doctor and his prompt and professional services. I'm eternally grateful!
