Told vs Actual SeviceStart at 1230 - actually 1245 due to size10-15 people max - Actually ***50***Told 3.5 hr tour - 2hrs wasted. 1.5 on siteThis agency get 1 star because the tour guide from the Vatican was very knowledgeable. However, this was the most disorganized tour ever, and I don't blame the tour guide as there was 50 people with one guide.I read the reviews right before we left and would have asked for a refund right then and there, but there was only 14 of us, and I was told there would be 10-15. Not so bad so far. Then as we walked to the Basilica a whole extra group was ushered over and joined us. Then again while walking toward the entrance a 3rd large group joined us. It was caos. The first two hours of the tour was spent herding people, waiting on student tickets, getting our tickets, getting radios, and finally getting started at 2pm when we left the office at 1245. And then we had 1.5 hours of an actual informative tour and it was over.It was a terible experience. Everywhere we went there were 49 people in the way of a photograph and squeezing my wife and I apart as the wave of bodies all vied for position near the tour guide or items of interest. An additional problem with this is if your are too far from the tour guide, the sound quality gets very bad and full of static which would not be an issue if there were not 49 people in the way.

I had a good experience with this tour company. There were about 20 people in my group. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. It was so nice to skip the long lines. It was well worth the 50euros to take this tour. I highly recommend.

Es un fraude de empresa. Nos engañaron.Nos mintieron diciéndonos que la entrada a la Basílica de San Pedro Costaba 15 euros y a los museos Vaticanos y Capilla Sixtina 17 para estudiantes.Nos costó a mi novia y a mi 72 euros la visita en lugar de 16 si hubiésemos hecho la visita normal. Nos volvieron a mentir diciendo que desde la Capilla Sixtina no se podía acceder a San Pedro y que había que volver a hacer otra cola. Tras recibir esa información y creyendo que la visita guiada merecería la pena empezamos a las 12:45 con una guía llamada LINDA que nos hizo perder el tiempo todo el rato, en primer lugar en la plaza de San Pedro 30 MINUTOS, donde yo me quejé y descubrí por mano de la guía que la entrada a la Basílica no costaba nada. otra media hora en la entrada a los museos vaticanos, mientras se iba uniendo más y más gente, en total casi unos 40 participantes, los cuales habian pagado desde 32 euros hasta 50 euros sin criterio alguno. Todo el mundo había sido engañado y no nos quisieron dar ninguna solución por lo que no tuvimos más remedio que seguir la visita guiada y de alguna manera amortizar el dinero que nos habían estafadoEntramos al edificio de los museos Vaticanos (que aun no a los Museos) a eso de las 14:00 de la tarde cuando la visita empezó a las 12:45 allí perdimos otra hora y media entre que repartieron las entradas y nos dió una charla de una hora sobre la historia de Roma, nada adecuada a la visita, muy densa y mal explicada durante la cual 6 personas se salieron del grupo. A eso de las 15:30 sin haber tenido ninguna pausa, entramos al fin a UN solo ala de los museos, muy bonito si, pero la visita entre los museos y capilla Sixtina, duró unos 30 min. como mucho.Después de esta pesadilla de visita salimos como no a la entrada de la Basílica de San Pedro, entrada a la que cualquier persona podía acceder después de haber visitado los museos Vaticanos. Ahí se destapaba la otra mentira, esta vez de la guía, la cual no contestaba al respecto.La empresa no aparece en Tripadvisor ni tienen la pagina Web que indica en su recibo.Espero alguien lea este mensaje para así no ser engañado.Un saludo

Excellent service!!!We went to the office by chance as we were stopped and asked by a guy if we wanted to buy their services: guided-skip the line- tour. We were three people so he offered a discount and we were taken to the office. We paid and a lady took us to meet our guide, CECILIA: she was absolutely fantastic!!! She spoke excellent english, she was friendly and seemed to care about the group she guided. First, she took us to the St. Peter' s square she told us very important things, she even used a lap top to show us some images.Then, we continued with the Vatican museums, totally skipping all the lines ( and it was a really busy day 01/07/2017) !!! She gave us all the details at the exterior and the interior of the museum and it was really easy to follow her as she had given us earphones. After visiting the Sistine Chapel, she left us right at the entrance of Sant Peter' s church, were we could stay for as long as we liked.All in all, we were really lucky as we paid a fair price, we skipped all the lines and we had an excellent guided tour that lasted about 3 hours ( so we got what we had had agreed to).Thank you, CECILIA!!!

Really surprised by the low ratings.1. They started on time.2. Tour guide knew her stuff, spoke great English, and kept us to a reasonable pace.3. The skip the line feature was worth it! The lines looked terrible. We walked right past them.Would totally use them again.

Agenzia turistica specializzata in tours dei Musei Vaticani in varie lingue, guide qualificate,massima serietà e attenzione per il cliente.

Pessima esperienza! Accompagnata da un gentilissimo venditore, Carlos, che ha fatto il suo lavoro presentandomi l’offerta alla discesa del bus hop-on hop-off mi sono ritrovata a mezzogiorno in questa agenzia per sentirmi dire che l’unico tour in italiano della giornata sarebbe stato alle 15. Accetto comunque l’offerta perché interessata a fare un tour di San Pietro e dei musei vaticani (già visitati 4 anni fa)con una guida così vago per tre ore nei dintorni senza ovviamente potermi allontanare troppo e senza poter fare nemmeno la coda per visitare la cupola (non inclusa nel tour proposto dall’ agenzia) in quanto avrebbe richiesto troppo tempo. Alle 15:15 mi comunicano che per il tour in italiano ci siamo solo io e mia figlia iscritte quindi non possono farlo per solo due persone (è colpa mia forse che ho aspettato apposta tre ore???!!!!). In alternativa mi propongono di unirmi al tour in spagnolo (100€ per fare un tour in un’altra lingua??????!!!). Alla fine mi sono fatta restituire i soldi e il rimborso è stato fatto immediatamente (e ci mancherebbe altro!) tuttavia questa non è serietà!! Condizioni del genere vanno comunicate ad un turista PRIMA di vendere un tour, diversamente il tour si fa a prescindere dal numero di persone!!!! Risultato...alle 15:30 mi sono dovuta mettere in coda per visitarmi San Pietro da sola con mia figlia (coda che ovviamente era il doppio rispetto a quella di tre ore prima!) e per visitare i musei vaticani non c’è stato più tempoUn turista viene a Roma per visitare quanto più possibile, i tempi sono sempre brevi e la non serietà dell’agenzia che non ha pensato neanche lontanamente di comunicare eventuali condizioni ha causato solo la perdita di una mezza giornata di visita.Sicuramente non la prenderò più in considerazione
