This could have been 5 star, the boat was beautiful and the views alone make everything magic. We signed up for a 1 hour tour from Torbole, and asked to end the tour in Limone where we would take the ferry back. There was a serious language barrier which was the reason for the problems. Bottom line he dropped us in Limone after 30 minutes, and we paid full price. Be aware when booking, they may not understand what you want if you don't speak Italian... at least with the driver we had.
