This place is dreamy! The views, the rooms, the food, the pools, everything was superb. Like driving into an Italian fantasy! We were one of the first guests to visit. We were there with our little ones and had a great time. There were good facilities for a family, and although it wasn't open yet when we were there, I understand they have a very good kids club so we definitely plan on returning! The team was very welcoming and helpful.

Stayed Mid May 2023. The hotel had been open for only a few weeks. Staff were just settling in. Great location to explore. Great selection of food for breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Nice swimming pools. Only a few guests were at the hotel because they were soft launching the hotel.

My absolute favorite hotel in Tuscany. Everything is perfect here. We originally booked two nights and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The place is beautiful, food outstanding and staff is super nice.

Pros - Great grounds - pool, spa and viewsCons - rooms are quite basic for this price range. The food in the restaurant was average and the portions were extremely small for a very high price.I also mentioned that we are quite disappointed with the room and gave feedback about a few things that didn't work, they said they will look into these problems but didn't get back to us.
