I can not say enough about Erika and her staff! They went above an beyond helping plan our trip. She took the time to listen to what we were wanting to do. She planned literally every aspect, hotel, train/bus accommodations, tours, recommendations. I was so relieved that everything was taken care of. Erika was so patient an kind. She spoke English, and made me feel at ease. She took great care of us. She even gave us her phone number in case anything arose, and stayed in contact to make sure everything lined up with the tours. I HIGHLY recommend her. When in town, I will not go anywhere else. Couldn't of done this trip without her.
