I arrived in Milan for a study abroad program in January and purchased a jacket and some accessories at Canada Goose shortly after. I can say with confidence that my time at the Milan location was the best shopping experience I've ever had. The team is exceptional—specifically Jonathan, Francesca, and Michele who helped me throughout the entire process. My friends and I came back three days in a row for hours at a time to pick out the perfect jacket and were always met with so much warmth and excitement. The staff let us try on as many jackets as we liked, served us beverages, and let us use the cold room (such a cool feature). They also made the tax return process extremely easy and simple. Not only is this my favorite jacket, but it's one of my favorite memories in Milan!

Beautiful store and wonderful staff. Jonathan was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit to this store extremely special. We had the opportunity to try the jackets in the -12 degree snow room, Jonathan was even kind enough to make us coffee after to warm up. Even though we didn't buy anything, the experience itself will always be memorable. Thank you

I had an amazing experience at Canada Goose Milan. The people there were extremely friendly and helpful. Erika helped us chose and find the best coats, jackets, and hats to fit our style. Complementary beverages were served to us and we got our very own tour of the place. If you are in Milan I recommend you stop by to check it out. There is a “snow room” you can check out by wearing a coat in to see how the word in negative degree weather. My family and I had a truly wonderful experience and would go back anytime!

I bought a Lodge jacket and found the experience to be more like shopping with new friends (Erica, Michele and Federica)! The shop is beautifully laid out, the clothing is high quality and fashionable, and the customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend going to the store!

It's cheaper to fly to Toronto for a weekend and buy a jacket than buying it in this store. Oh, and in Canada they have nice and professionall staff, in Milan they don't...

Abbiamo visitato ieri lo storie di Milano. Michele ci ha subito accolto con un sorriso e con molta gentilezza e pazienza ha fatto provare a mio marito diversi giubbotti e spigato le differenze tra loro, facendoci provare anche la stanza della neve. Non vivendo in Italia ci ha proposto diverse soluzioni per concludere l'acquisto in un secondo momento. Lo consiglio a tutti, certo, è un prodotto che ha il suo prezzo ma è un investimento poiché offrono garanzia a vita sui giacconi invernali. In particolare, Michele è un ragazzo molto attento e pronto a dare consigli. La gioventù va anche premiata! Bravo continua così. Saluti dalla Germania.

The team at Canada Goose was lovely and very knowledgeable! Jonathan, Francesca, and Michele helped me find the perfect jacket with everything I wanted. They were extremely attentive to my concerns while trying on different items. I was brought espresso, water, and much more. I also got to try the jacket in the cold room. I asked about how Canada Goose started and the employees knew the history and were able to answer all my questions. Every one of my concerns/hesitations was dealt with efficiently, and the employees were extremely respectful, nice, and fun. It was a great experience which ended up causing me to come back and buy another item the next day. Loved it!!!
