Victoria Palace Hotel

Very good hotel, clean, well located and with very good service. Close to private beach with professional service in room price, swiming pool at the hotel, garden.Tasty breakfast, fresh coffee, good reception and bar located ground level. Very friendly people creating great atmosphere: all breakfast team and bar team (Alessandro) made our stay very pleasent.

The hotel is at a great location and has a beautiful roof top area where breakfast is served. We were traveling by car and I recognized some paint damage on the car after leaving the hotel, this was at the next stop at a gas station, when inquiring with the hotel if there is video surveillance in their garage the hotel responded asking for vehicle information and when getting back to me assured me their review concluded no other vehicle or object caused the damaged while parked there. If you stay there take pictures of your car when you arrive it might prevent a situation like we encountered. When it comes to what is offered at breakfast it is rather disappointing considering the amount of international travelers who come to Cefalu, sunny side eggs sitting in a warming pan floating in olive oil is not very appetizing and I leave it to everyone to decide if they would like to order an Omelette". Personale maleducato. Ragazzo al servizio tavoli indisponente è poco professionale. Ci sn tante altri posti dove andare. Quindi ve lo sconsiglio alla grande. Per altro carissimo per il servizio.

Eat up on the roof top terrace, which was lovely. Had the sea food tasting menu that was really good.

Abbiamo fatto un weekend in questo hotel ci siamo trovati bene sia come pulizia, servizi, colazione e camere abbastanza confortevoli, l'unica pecca è che il giorno della partenza si deve lasciare oltre la camera anche il posto del lido e dell'auto quando di solito in altri posti si può continuare ad usufruire di alcuni servizi. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non è stato per nulla soddisfacente. Non ritorneremo

Great and modern hotel smack in the middle where all the action is in this beautiful little town. Most of the rooms have amazing ocean views. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served also has great views.The rooms are decent size and well designed and well appointed. The bathroom is also good size and well designed with plenty of space next to the sink to put all the toiletries.The reception staff were very helpful and very nice.The best thing about this hotel? It has underground parking! Finding parking around this location is very challenging and almost impossible on busy days. Available parking at this hotel was a great benefit.If you have read my previous reviews you know that I am very picky and particular about hotel rooms. I find most of them lack attention to detail. Some of the best 5 star ones are not up to my standards. Happy to say at this hotel, overall, it was a great experience.The only exception might be the shower (I am being picky now). The way the shower door is designed and opens, the water from the hand shower gets outside the shower and makes a mess if one is not careful. This is because the shower glass door does not fully close which allows the water to seep out and makes a mess on the floor requiring several towels to wipe the floor. One has to be careful and watch out for this.My wife thinks I should just watch out for this and be careful when taking a shower. But this my pet peeve. When I am on a holiday, I don’t want to watch out and adjust or adopt to such situations. I expect things to work properly. It should have been a simple fix to solve this problem. This lack of attention to detail really gets to me.

Great place to stay! Nice calm hotel very close to the old center (nice walk next to the beach). Breakfast is really great with a stunning view over the sea. Rooms are big and clean.

We stayed here from the 12th July 2023 for 9 nights and we would never ever stay here again. The hotel has more rules than a prison, Its almost like they don't like their Hotel Guests.The Hotel rooms themselves are very Clean and modern, but staff seem to look after outside visiting guests to the bar and restaurant and rooftop terrace better than they treat their hotel guests.You are not allowed to drink anything in your room, unless it is purchased from the mini bar or from the bar downstairs, including water, We were told off for bringing a bottle of water into the hotel from outside.We were also told off like children by a very rude owner for putting our towels over the balcony to dry, I think I know the real reason for this.Staff around the hotel seem very miserable and unhappy and didn't engage with Hotel guests only with people eating and drinking at the bar and restaurant.I loved Sicily and especially cefalu, but I will not be staying at this hotel the next time we visit.

Location ideale per ogni occasione. Che sia un semplice aperitivo, un soggiorno o una super colazione, Il Victoria Palace è il luogo ideale. Elegante e in posizione panoramica.Qualità del cibo ottima e personale preparato e gentile.Super consigliato se passate per Cefalù.Al bar Roberto e il suo staff fanno la differenza.
