È stato uno schifo. Ho telefonato e mi è stato detto che non c'era bisogno di prenotare. Arrivati lì non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Non si tratta così la clientela. Mi raccomando non andateci. Voto 0

First of all when you come to Palermo, you have to keep two things in mind:1. Location is everything. Outer districts are not alway safe so highly recommended to prefer the one which is close to the city center.2. Scale down your needs. If you would rate some apartment 6/10 that means it is a 9/10 is Sicily.POSITIVE:- Good location- Relatively silent. We almost never never heard the noise of the street (except the honks)- The man who received us was very kind- It was allowed to put paper into the toilet. It might sounds silly but at many places you can't do this in Sicily bc of the bad canal system- The authentic furniture made the bedroom really cozyNEGATIVE- They do not speak english and do not want to use google translate. So I had to translate my messages to Italian, they replied Italien which I had to also translate to english. Pretty annoying after a while, especially that I was the guest/client who payed for a service- The inner soundproof is almost zero. We heard every word from the TV in the next room. AT NIGHT.- Our room had a sliding door which meant that there was a 1 cm slot between the floor and the door. That's not good for soundproofing. Or insects (later). Not to mention private life.- We found an insect ( I am not saying chochroach but something like that) in our room. It was at approx 6-8 cm. We also found a later smaller one.- They forget to inform us about the kitchen. We only found it accidentally on the last day. We didn't want to cook or sg but some glasses and a microwave oven would have been useful- The broken shower head made showering troublesome. And water was also leaking out of the shower cabin- It is definitely far from deluxe + they don't have a tub. So I think the headline is complet scamSUMMA: We only used the apartment for sleeping. Compared to Sicily AND used for this exact and only purpose I think the apartment itself was fine - after we got used to the discomforted circumstances.What was really annoying for me was the unfriendly style of how they communicate. For example when I sent a picture about that insect they didn't even reply. I didn't expect something official but a simple sorry" would be appropriated."

L’annonce est mensongère sur booking. Il était écrit que nous avions accès à la cuisine, ce que la propriétaire a refusé à l’arrivée. Quand nous avons signalé ce problème ils ont proposé de nous transférer dans une autre chambre, ce qui n’est pas le deal quand on réserve sur ce genre de site. La salle de bain n’était pas propre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait des trous de cigarette sur les draps, et pas de couverture fournie en plein mois de novembre. Pour le prix demandé, il existe bien mieux à Palerme.

Due enormi insetti appena arrivato in camera da letto. Siamo subito andati via e non ci hanno mai rimborsato. Esperienza agghiacciante. Assolutamente da evitare.

Io mi sono trovato bene sia come camera che pulizia. Si trova vicino alla stazione e vicinissimo al centro e al porto. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Все дуже сподобалось ! Ми задоволені.Рекомендуємо.Затишно і чисто. Доброзичливі , вічливі господарі. Розташовано поряд з залізничним вокзалом, гарна транспортна розв'язка по всьому місту. Автобус коштує 1,40 євро, метро 1,80 євро, є приміські електрички на них можна купити квитки в електронних автоматах ціна квитка залежить від відстані.Поряд парк і набережна з кафе і барами.До пляжу від вокзалу прямує автобус 224 їхати 10 хв.Недалеко від вокзалу є базар овочі фрукти та морепродукти все свіже і смачне.Паралельно вулиці Лінкольна розташована вулиця Рома з магазинами та супермаркетом. Поряд історичний центр з пам'ятками архітектури та культурними цінностями. Фонтан Приторія та багато цікавого.
