Villa Sestilia Bed & Breakfast

Villa bien entretenue, au calme.Bonne literie.

Fabulous B&B in the heart of Tuscany. Great restaurant also. Breakfast amongst the best I've had in Italy. Would be 5 star excepting for the bathrooms fittings could do with updating as the shower screen in our room would leak and the toilet flush was temperamental. Also, occasional smell from the external drains around the house. Fix these small matters and would definately be 5 out of 5.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a very enjoyable visit. The rooms were amazing in the bathroom was warm and large and immaculately clean. The owners showed us where the refrigerator was in case we got hungry or thirsty during the night. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with fresh bread and various kinds of croissants. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alles ein bisschen zu unauthetisch, alles ein bisschen zu vordergründig gewinnorientiert. Nichts ist schlecht, aber man fühlt sich nie wirklich willkommen. Das Restaurant bietet qualitativ hochwertige Speisen, aber auch hier: man wird das Gefühl nicht los, dass es effizient zugehen muss, persönliche Ansprache erhofft man vergeblich, selbst auf unser Angebot die eigene Landessprache sprechen zu können, weil man selbst seit Jahrzehnten auch in Italien zuhause ist, wird mit hartnäckigem Englisch, das schlechter als unser Italienisch ist quittiert. Nunja.Fazit:Die B&B-Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön, das Frühstück reichhaltig, das Restaurant sehr gut... und trotzdem lässt der Ort das vermissen, was wir suchen: das Gefühl ein Zuhause in der regionalen Fremde gefunden haben.

Prachtige plek, mooie kamer, fris ruikend, lekkere bedden, prachtige tuin, fijn zwembad, genoeg bedjes, gezellig en lekker restaurant! Personeel vriendelijk.Gratis wasmachine!Enige aandachtspunten: onze douche was matig en ontbijt vonden we niet bijzonder.
