This place showcases the folly of depending on reviews to inform your choice of restaurant; seeing this place only have 29 ratings I suspected that most reviews were erroneously made to the hotel and not the restaurant but the hotel rating was poor as well. Still we decided to give it a go and were shocked at how good the food at an overly touristic area was. The pizza was great, the seafood and pasta were fantastic, but the desserts blew our minds. I can totally recommend this place if you find yourself in the region.

Location stupenda e cucina spettacolare. Lo chef e lo staff sanno coccolarti a dovere. Consiglio di provare lo spaghetto alle tre vongole.

I would totally recommend Gala Maris, we got the pizzas here and they were superb. It’s a beautiful location with the sea front view. Our waiter Angelo was amazing, extremely friendly and super attentive, the other staff were very lovely too. Overall it was a great dining experience. Can’t wait to come back here in the future.

Posto davvero incantevole, ambiente confortevole e allo stesso tempo sobriamente elegante. Siamo stati letteralmente coccolati dal gentilissimo e professionalissimo Angelo e abbiamo potuto gustare i sublimi Ndunderi a mare" dello Chef. Fantastica esperienza culinaria anche la pizza che i più piccoli hanno letteralmente divorato. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro"

Io capisco il ricarico dei prezzi ma credo che adesso stiamo esagerando un po', passi anche che é una meta turistica, ma siete proprio dei ladri!100€ per due lettini e un ombrellone e ben 37€ per due margherite (che onestamente ancora non ho digerito perché erano davvero ma davvero cattive) e una bottiglia d'acqua liscia a me sembra tanto una truffa. Quando ho esordito dicendo di volermi portare i lettini a casa mi hanno anche guardato male.Evitate questo posto

Beautiful beach setting where you can enjoy your meal indoors or on the patio overlooking the water. They have a beach where you can rent a chair and umbrella or sit on the beach for free. The pizza is great.

My husband and I were struggling to find a place to eat after a long day at Capri. We came across this place on Google maps and made a reservation. The food was phenomenal. We were truly blown away by the seafood dishes especially. The sea bass was to die for and the octopus was among the best we’ve ever had. We noticed many people getting pizza, but I’m telling you, get the seafood here!The wait staff was very friendly and welcoming. Do not skip this place. It seems relatively new, so give them a try. You won’t regret it! They should be a lot more crowded than they were!!

Cena meravigliosa in una location spettacolare. Tutto semplicemente perfetto: dal servizio, attento e cordiale, ai piatti, ricercati e raffinati. Assolutamente da provare gli ‘ndunderi a mare: uno dei piatti più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato nella mia vita!

This was the worst and most expensive meal we had in Italy. The staff was completely indifferent (rude). The pasta with shrimp was 27 euro and was inedible- it had spaghetti that tasted like it was cooked in old clam water and had one single shrimp on top- it smelled so awful I was afraid we would get food poisoning from the few bites we tried (luckily we did not). The poke bowl was tasteless and consisted of rice, lettuce and a few straggly pieces of smoked salmon and tuna. When my 10 euro glass of wine arrived it was 1/4 full (literally 3 sips) and I initially thought they had picked it up from another table as someone’s leftover. They gave away our table after we had made a reservation and the woman who takes payment grabbed my card and processed it without even looking at me. I gave it 2 stars bc the pizza was actually pretty good. But overall, as our last lunch in Italy it was a major disappointment. Don’t ruin your holiday by eating here.

It Was a really great experience! specially the attention received! It was kind and helpful specially from our waiter Matias, a really nice Argentinian Guy who made the experience an unforgettable one!. We tasted the pizza from Furore with lemon slices; it was a whole experience. We also had a bottle of Prosecco and lots of ice cubes for our glasses! thank you Matias it was amazing!
