I gave them a 2 stars because they gave me an OPEL MOCCA. The light of the blue whatever came in at about 50 miles, we went to another Avis agency on another town and they told me that it was very common problem that they knew about it. So now I have to go to another avis to change the car.The funny part is that she said, because you are a preferred customer, you get an upgrade, so she gave me the worst car possible.I send avis a complaint and they said, they will get back to me in 10 days.DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THE AVIS IN FLORENCE you will be sorry

Bad attitude, zero professionalism from the ladies in there.We arrived on time for our rental and they didn’t even have the car, no apology or anything, just you have to wait, they even made it sound like it’s my fault.I’m a preferred Avis client and booked a car for me and the family (5 people), they ended up giving us a very compact car, after asking why I’m getting this car instead of the one I booked, the lady’s answer was: that’s what we have and if you want us to change the booking to match the available car, we need to charge you more, so take it or leave it.Car came after 25 min of waiting with again no apology or even acknowledgment from the lady inside.To be fair, the gentleman who brought the car said sorry I was late.DON’T RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS PLACE!AVIS! DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR REPUTATION!!!

Do solo una stella per non dare nulla, abbiamo preso in noleggio una macchina da questa agenzia e siamo rimasti veramente scontenti per il modo come si sono comportati i due dipendenti . In primis manca la gentilezza e la disponibilità in confronto degli clienti , poi al inizio ci ha fatto un prezzo e poi sulla fattura hanno preso soldi in più . Non consiglio alle altre persone di prendere machine da quest'agenzia.

Non hanno un loro parcheggio. Quindi sopratutto se la lasciate di sera/notte ad agenzia chiusa dovrete lasciarla per strada o in un parcheggio a caso: rischiate di trovare auto con multa o peggio auto con un danno fatto da altri e addebito sulla vostra carta come se lo aveste fatto voi

Criminals!!! I was told they had refunded the fuel deposit. Have now finished my holiday, still no sign of money coming back onto to my credit card!!!!Super untrustworthy office. Get receipts if you have anything to do with this office.Reading other Google reviews, I'm not the only one to have been swindled by these people.

Decisamente sconsigliato. Si prenota per telefono senza poter visualizzare la propria prenotazione perché non ti rilasciano nulla. Ho chiesto un servizio e mi hanno dato tutt'altro. Hanno inserito una copertura assicurativa totale senza che io l'avessi richiesta. Mi sono trovata a pagare un sacco di soldi senza poter usufruire dell'auto. Da evitare assolutamente!!

The people who run this are rude and unprofessional. The car they provided was dirty, and had warning lights on the dashboard. They tried to scam us on the fuel, and on the parking when we returned. Avoid!

Poor and unprofessional service. 3 clerks staring at one desktop while chatting and managed to process one customer for 40 minutes. All phones ringing like hell, nobody picked. The guys are like bad Italian comedy. Gathered a line of 10 waiting.. At my turn I was explained they will not give me the car category I prepaid Audi A3 or similar but Citroen 3 and no other option..if possible avoid them..

Not sure why the bad reviews. We thought the two people who worked in the office were courteous and helpful. They even upgraded our car since they didn’t have the one I reserved. The only negative was that they charged for full tank of gas without asking me and I didn’t catch it. I normally would rather fill it myself at the end. But other than that I would highly recommend. Far cry from Hertz La Spezia which was rude and have me a smaller car than I had ordered and said take it or leave it and refuses to credit me the difference in price! That why I switched to Avis!
