Barindelli Taxi Boats - Bellagio

This is the worst boat taxi service in all of Italy. Do not use this service, owner is very rude to people, once he gets your money you will be lucky if they even show up. They don’t answer your calls, they will not give you back your money when they cancel, which is about every other trip they make, if you pay for a two hour trip you’re lucky if it last 45 minutes. I am giving you a fair warning, you need to take my advice and don’t believe reviews on line from owner’s family and friends. Don’t use this terrible service, you will be very disappointed and very upset. We talked to several business owners in the area and they all say the same thing, there are other boats in the area. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!

Tried to get info over the phone for a water taxi. The person who answered was completely unhelpful saying, when the boat is there it’s there. He wouldn’t tell me when that would be and offered no help at all.

Please when you come to this area don’t think twice about doing the “BARINDELLI TAXI BOATS” it’s an awesome Experience and you and your loved ones will love it! And no they didn’t payed me I just loved this more…..they are able to accommodate customization on this trip… we asked for a more away from the Tourist attractions a more local areas more private.

Literally the best. Fillipo elevated our vacation experience beyond our wildest dreams. In addition to being an incredible guide around the lake in the most beautiful boat, he had wonderful suggestions on other activities to do and places to eat...all of which were superb. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Love the service, we were just looking for a boat to Villa del Balbianello on tight schedule because we couldn’t catch the tour boat on schedule. But we found out that it was more than we hoped for. We had our own private tour on a classy looking wooden boat. The ride was very enjoyable.

Loved the boat tour. Fillipo was an excellent guide on our 2 hour tour of Lake Como. He also provided the flexibility for my photographer daughter to shoot locations she wanted for her photography blog of villa wedding locations.

Pleasant villa tour around the lake, until we were instructed that a storm was coming and we had to return early. Despite coming back in after 45 mins (15 mins, or 25% earlier than paid for), charged 92% of full price. Driver wouldn't budge on price, and refused to head back to complete the hour we agreed, despite no rain coming in. Left a bitter taste on an otherwise enjoyable day.
