I bought a beautiful property near here through Casa and Ville. It will probably have taken two years to undertake the necessary renovation by the time it's finished. That's partly the language barrier, partly negotiation on price, and partly Covid ... once the building works got under way, I felt immensely supported by the architect daughter in the family, who speaks English and couldn't have been more helpful! But please give yourself oodles of time if you do need to renovate ...
