Palazzo Firenze e’ una struttura molto curata situata a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione.L’hotel e’ o almeno sembra di recente costruzione.Ogni ambiente fornisce un’impressione di “nuovo e pulito”.La camera in cui ho soggiornato era spaziosa e ben arredata.Ottima e ampia la doccia.Molto bella anche la piccola piscina sul tetto e la zona circostante con spazi per rilassarsi con sdraio e ombrelloni.Colazione ricca, molto varia e di qualita’.Ho apprezzato in particolare la frutta fresca: ciliegie, fragole e kiwi.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. In the evening we chose a dish from the menu (2 slices of bread with salmon) which cost €12. But when we checked out, he wanted to charge us more food than we custumized. We told him that we only had the slices of bread. He declined the other dishes but than we were charged €16! We denied it was incorrect but the employee didn't care and even didn‘t give us a bill although we asked. The service is a desaster and as you see from other reviews a ripp off! This is not acceptable. The neighborhood was also a disaster. the area is dirty and full of rubbish and many people living on the streets. It's not a relaxed area for a woman. The only positive thing about the hotel was the good breakfast.

Bellissima struttura, ottimo albergo, dalle camere favolose.L’albergo è molto comodo, moderno, dove ci si può rilassare e godersi una meravigliosa vacanza.Il personale è favoloso e coccola gli ospiti in maniera eccezionale.I responsabili della reception Giorgio,Mario, e Davide dirigono l’hotel in maniera eccellente e fanno sentire gli ospiti a casa.Io ho problemi di intolleranze e allergie alimentari e si sono tutti prodigati per rendere il l soggiorno bellissimo e indimenticabile, tutto all’altezza di un hotel a 4, o meglio a 5 stelle.Tutto il team è di grande professionalità. Tutti ottimi professionisti.Ottima struttura, sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento ogni volta di passaggio a Napoli, certamente da ritornare!

The rooms were really nice but our room was used before when they let us in. The bed was unfolded and a shower towel was still wet from previous customers. However they noticed the mistake while we went in town and the room was cleaned when we come back 3 hours later. They didn’t never apologize or make up the event. The breakfast was quite good.

Un encomio a MARIO, della reception, che si è offerto spontaneamente di aiutarci di tasca sua la sera che siamo rientrati disperati in hotel, dopo aver subito il furto del portafoglio. Naturalmente poi lo abbiamo rimborsato. Ma il suo gesto ha dimostrato un grande cuore verso due persone sconosciute. Grazie mille ancora Mario. Dio ti benedica!!! Naturalmente ottimo hotel, camere grandi, ben arredate. Grande doccia nel bagno. Ottima colazione. Consigliato.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days recently, and what a beautiful hotel.The location is not too far a taxi ride from the airport, so it wont take long to arrive.The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding along with the towels were changed daily without any need to ask.The room had air conditioning, which was most welcome after a long day of site seeing. My only request would be the chance to make it a little bit cooler. That said, it was plenty cold enough, i'm just being fussy.The food provided for breakfast was a nice spread, lots of fresh fruit also which was great.On the roof, the bar was good, and its next to the dipping pool. Whilst this was not a large enough pool to swim in, it was great for cooling off and having a drink.All the staff were very helpful, and the front of house were very helpful with local information.Definitely worth staying here if you get the chance.

LA prenotazione fatta era con una tariffa vantaggiosa e hanno pensato bene di comunicare un overbooking a meno di un mese dal soggiorno al sito che offriva una loro stanza :Buongiorno

Sono stata molto beni in hotel l’unica cosa in piccoli così suo L servizio tipo spazzolino per denti ti fanno pagari in 4 stelli no aspettavo ma la camera L ho prenotata a un prezzo per la prima noti ok ma si no forse ho e-mail mi fanno pagari di più anno pensato beni ma L andata male collezione molto buona in generale niente male grazie

Palazzo Firenze Hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten passport. The room was spacious and clean, adorned with beautiful tiles. The rooftop pool and lounge area were absolutely amazing, although the cocktails could use an upgrade. Overall, a delightful stay that left us wanting more. However, the elevator was slow, and the shower had an unpleasant odor initially. The hotel is situated in a dirty area of the city but offers a convenient location. Soundproofing could be improved, as street noise is audible when windows are closed. Despite these minor flaws, Palazzo Firenze is a great value for money, with friendly service and comfortable rooms.

La struttura è stata rinnovata con gusto .. le camere sono spaziose e curate nel dettaglio.. i bagni sono nuovi e belli .. la colazione è ottima abbondante e variegata con dolci locali . Torte frutta e succhi.. la cordialità del personale completa la cornice di questo hotel a pochi passi dal centro . In 2 max 3 km si è in centro e si possono ammirare i negozi su Corso Umberto e arrivare a tutti i punti più interessanti della citta
