Superb experience. Will definitely recommend

They did not provide the guided 2.5 hour, maximum 10 person combo tour of the Accademia and Duomo, with a gelato tasting and free gift that I bought. (The tour description Viator offered) The cost $117/pp, I bought 4. It was a substantial amount. The voucher redemption instructions were confusing, as were any message responses I received from them. Their office was closed and when we tried to call, the phone was disconnected. Viator cleared up the voucher/ticket confusion, but when we arrived at the mtg point we found out the tour had changed. We did not want what was offered, but they didn't inform us of this change in time for us to cancel it.We ended up with a 1 hour guided tour of the Accademia and a ticket to climb to the top of the duomo on our own. No Gelato or gift either. As this was not acceptable, I contacted and FINALLY received support from Viator. I recommend that you document everything by taking a screenshot of the offer, the conf #, the product# etc. and any other info describing what you are paying for. Hopefully, you won't need it.

Floransa'ya gitmeden önce (internetten) bu firmadan Toskana turu satın aldım (75 EURO). İnternet sitesindeki whatsapp numarasına ne zaman yazıp soru sorsam, uzun süre sonra (sorumu tekrar ettikten sonra) yanıt alabildim. Tur tarihi olan 19 Ekim 2018 Cuma sabahı, gönderdikleri e-postada yazılı olan saatte buluşma noktasına gittim. Dakikalarca beklememe rağmen tur aracı gelmedi. Beklerken whatsapp numarasını ve ofisi telefonla aradım, açan olmadı. Tamamen tesadüfen, karşı köşedeki başka bir tur firmasına (My Tour) benim katılacağım turun aktarıldığını öğrendim ve son anda otobüse bindim ve keyifli bir gün yaşadım. Firma ilgisiz, başka bir tura turun aktarıldığı bilgisi verilmez mi! Buradan tur satın almak yerine, My Tour firmasını tercih etmenizi öneriyorum.

Abbiamo partecipato, con il mio ragazzo, alla visita guidata alla badia di passignano. È stato molto interessante e ben organizzato. La guida eccezionale e informatissima, i tempi sono stati giusti e ci hanno permesso in due ore di fare una visita approfondita e coinvolgente.Le ragazze accoglienti e gentili ci hanno accompagnato durante la visita.Consigliatissimo per tutti!

Sehr schöne Stadtführung durch Florenz! Die Stadtführerin war sehr sympathisch und hat uns viele Einblicke in das Florentinische Leben gegeben. Wir waren auch in den Uffizien und der Galerie der Accademia um den berühmten David anzusehen. Es war so schön! Ich kann Florence and Tuscany Tours nur empfehlen! Top!

Una bella esperienza fatta in famiglia.. La guida bravissima ha saputo coinvolgere un piccolo gruppo di bambini alla ricerca degli animali fiorentini" nascosti tra i monumenti di Firenze! Alla fine del tour un bel gelato! Consiglio il tour alle famiglie... Interessante anche x noi adulti!"

Se hai solo un pomeriggio per visitare Firenze, il tour giro città e Uffizi è perfetto! Un ora e mezzo di walking tour nel quale la guida ci ha fornito molti aneddoti particolari ed interessanti del centro storico. A seguire due ore dentro il museo, dove sono state spiegate accuratamente le opere più importanti. Ottima oranizzazione dell'agenzia al punto d'incontro. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Siamo stati accompagnati da Cristina in un tour interessante del centro di Firenze, ascoltando particolari e curiosità che possono essere trasmessi oralmente e da persone del posto. Ottima esperienza.

Amazing tour. Rosa explains everything in detail and keeps the tour very engaging. We would return again and have her as our guide. I would recommend!
