Obviously food was special...the event is unique. Family owned and run for generations in a home over looking the sea on the Amalfi coast. Lemons the size of grapefruit, tomatoes as sweet as sugar and conversation filled with old world etiquette and charm. Truly the highlight of an already special place. Not cheap but well worth it.

Chiara is god given! Learn how to cook Italian food the traditional way - I had the most wonderful time and learned a lot of insider knowledge. Come hungry!

One of the most magical experiences!! This was the highlight of my trip to Italy and of my summer. Chiara is incredibly personable, funny, kind, and charismatic. Her passion for cooking is reflected in how she explains her recipes, shares her tips and advice, and speaks with her guests. Her terrace and garden are absolutely beautiful and she gives her guests the opportunity to relax, explore, and feel at home. She is an incredible host and goes above and beyond to ensure that the needs of everyone are met. I will think about the food we ate during the cooking class for the rest of my life. I am so happy to have bought her cook book and am determined to make every one of her recipes. The meatballs, lemon cake, bolognese sauce, and tomato sauce were amazing! I cannot wait to come back for a second time!!!
