AVOID, FRAUD, TOURIST TRAP375€ for a previous mini scratch (10 cm), don't sign anything without checking the car first, and take picture as close as you can, because they will charge you a lot !Same Story as the other coment. First no check of the car when starting rental. But on return he found a scratch on the back left door, avout 10 cm long. I never notice it until i return the car. «the car was new» he told me. But i am sure i did not scratch it.So someone did it in 24h of rent, possible, we'll never kow. Or it was there before, but i have no clue because he didn't ask me to sign the «no damage paper». Ho wait, you sign stuff, i signed 7 times on a digital pad, but i have no idea what.EDIT : they charge me 375€ for a scratch which is not visible on my photos. I took picture also because I smell the scam. I receive an email which tell me to reply in 48h, otherwise they charge me. Very kind...They are robbers !

try to avoid this company - very poor experience. 1. we booked a car with children seats - when we came there manager said they just don't have them - explaining it was a possible option if available. 2. manager didn't show around the car (KIA Seed) and i just took as is. when we returned it in Verona they found a merely visible dent and scratch - which i'm sure were already on the car. so they they don't return blocked insurance money (EUR 1000) - a decent sum for a family with two little kids.i tried to contact user service via e-mail, the asked contract number in reply and now keep silence for several days. i'm not sure what's gonna happen next. i'll put another message here - but for now i advise you against this AutoviA car renting fraudUPDATE: so it turned out that firstly repair charge would be EUR 534, after some thought they provided discount down to EUR 371. well at least i have major part of my money back, but they still think i caused that funny damage. i change rating from 1 to 2 stars.

l'ufficio è comodo da raggiungere non è in zona a traffico limitato o sperduto. mi hanno bloccato 500€ sulla carta di credito. avevo assicurazione con booking group e ho apprezzato che non mi abbia convinto a tutti i costi per prendere l'assicurazione.al rientro mi è stato contestato un graffio ma visto che non era profondo mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe addebitato nulla. per ora non ho ricevuto addebiti ma tanto ho l'assicurazione con booking.io mi sono trovata bene è stato gentile e mi ha spiegato tutta la prassi !!!
