FANTASTIC SERVICE! The best money I spent in Venice. Trisha was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond any expectations I had from other reviews. Don't miss out on the best service in Venice! We took a one hour, meandering cruise around the city during sunset. Trisha arranged for prosecco and some other personalized items to be present for us. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

This is a terrific service! On my recent trip to Venice they met us at the airport, helped us with bags, took us on a tour of the Grand Canal on our way to our hotel. We also used them for a trip out to Torcello and back. The driver was always on time, totally reliable. And they provided the return trip to the airport at the end of our stay. I highly recommend Book Taxi Venice!

Non merita il nome di taxi! Non si può essere trasportati verso una destinazione. È quello che è successo a noi di P.za San Marco. Offrono solo viaggi di andata e ritorno di 45 minuti per i turisti a 120€. Il nome taxi è una bugia!

It was great to start our trip with the simplicity of a water taxi. We were escorted by car taxi to the docks, and then transfered to a boat. Filippo picked us up from our gate, it could not have been better.

Our hotel booked a water taxi from the hotel to the airport. The hotel informed us that the fare would be €130 and we could pay by card. However when we told the taxi driver that we wanted to pay by card he charged us an extra €10 so €140 and he became unpleasant . If the water taxi do not want to accept card then they should inform passengers in advance especially if the fare is €140.

On the official signs the price was 110,- from the island to the airport. But when you want to go, then the price is suddenly 140,- with the argument that the sign has the old prices…..Sorry but no thank you.

Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. By law, taxis must accept card, the driver lied about his credit card machine being out of battery and forced me to walk to the atm to get cash and charged me an extra 10€. Super rude behaviour, did not help with heavy luggages, acted the whole time as if he was doing me a favour and not his job for which I paid.

They really helped us when we needed it most. Our flight was at 7:15am. They picked us up at 4:20am to make sure we made our flight on time. Thanks guys !
