Siamo arrivati senza prenotare e ci hanno trovato subito un tavolo, nonostante fosse sabato. Servizio eccellente, personale cordiale, giusti i tempi di intervallo tra le portate. Il cibo è ottimo e fresco preparato con cura. Torneremo.

We had some amazing food there. The taste was unbelievable.The waiter “Nino” was such a great person. Super friendly , super experienced and he did some great recommendations. Also his explanations of the food was stunning.It’s definitely worth it to visit Rais if you’re in San Vito lo capo! Prices are good for such high quality food.We will be back soon - for sure!

Abbiamo scelto a sensazione tra i ristoranti con le migliori recensioni della zona questo locale.E devo dire che siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti.Una lista di vini di grande livello, crudo freschissimo e di alta qualità.Trattano le materie prime in modo semplice e i risultati si vedono dato la freschezza del prodotto.Personale cortese e pronto a consigliare al meglio il cliente.Il prezzo sicuramente in linea con la qualità dei prodotti.Da provare.

Ristorante situato vicino al centro di San Vito Lo Capo. Il personale è giovane e molto disponibile e gentile, attenti al cliente. Il cibo è ottimo! Abbiamo mangiato il mare nel piatto" (pesce crudo) ed il risotto carnaroli con burrata e gambero rosso. Fenomenali!! Qualità/prezzo in linea con le materie prime offerte. Consiglio la prenotazione!"

We had booked this restaurant well in advance after reading the slow food guide, visiting the website, and following their socials. The meal did not disappoint. The wine list similarly.The staff were ... OK. Other than the introduction of the fish of the day, orders were taken with a lack of interest. We ordered a primi to share (which was welcomed) but arrived as a single dish, and we had to ask for an additional plate and cutlery.It is a simple enough request but shouldn't have been necessary. It was busy, and we are very forgiving of service in this post COVID world, but there was no further interaction with staff. Typified by the request from across the table for me to hand my plate over... I was not locked in a corner, and he could easily have moved around our table of 4 to collect it, instead interrupting our conversation to lessen his burden.Additionally, there was no air conditioning, making it an uncomfortable evening, thankfully spent near the doors.Again, the meal was un faltable.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante tipico a san vito lo capo. Sinceramente non mi ha molto entusiasmato. Antipasti discreti e delusione per i primi che erano molto pesanti come gusto. Scontrino fiscale emesso solo dopo mia richiesta....

We highly recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing, the flavours go together perfectly. We trusted the recommendations of the staff and were not disappointed with anything. We dined at San Vito Lo Copo for two nights, and it is sad that it was only on the second night that we discovered this restaurant. The staff are wonderful, very nice, and they give us sincere advice. We highly, highly, highly recommend it! 12/10, best wishes from Lithuania!

Ristorante nel cuore di San Vito Lo Capo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. L ‘antipasto con il polpo era delizioso; abbiamo ordinato 4 primi diversi ed erano davvero squisiti, cucinati bene dallo chef e con ottime materie prime. Il personale gentile e attento. Buonissimi anche i dolci…Lo consiglio
