Aaaahhh… where to start …Everything is wrong with this company and it will take to long to explain precisely everythingJust exempleYou book a flight for 2 , they will always do t seat you together on the planeThey will ALWAYS try to make you pay extra for your cabin luggage and then faked apologies when you show them you don’t need to (happen on my 3 flight with this company)Always late …Ask you to wear a mask on the plane and when you just get in , you ll see all the crew don’t wear any , so lolWhat are this company about ??!

I know that every client is different and every journey more so. But I just wanted to reveal my recent flight experience with Ryanair which was beyond expectations. When me and my family booked a round trip from Paphos, Cyprus to Bari, Italy we expected the worst. Delays, cancellations, lost luggage and so on. In fact, I purchased a very expensive travel insurance just to minimise the negative impacts of such circumstances. But in the end there was no delay or cancellation or lost luggage. In fact, we arrived several minutes earlier on both flights. Good job, we'll trust you again Ryanair.

Horrible airline. Always delayed. The lowest class of service in commercial aviation history. book it onlyIf you are desperate, expect always a problem with them.

Worst organisation ever

Poltrone sempre più strette.

Capisco la politica low-cost, ma le sedute sono davvero scomode. Ho volato parecchio anche con altri vettori aerei e siamo nella media di chi approccia questa filosofia di voli rapidi e senza bagagli importanti. Raramente mi era successo, però, ciò che mi è accaduto ieri atterrando a Catania. Quasi a contatto con la pista il pilota ha deciso di riprendere quota e non toccare terra. Abbiamo rifatto la manovra di avvicinamento e ripreso la traiettoria di atterraggio che poi si è concluso regolarmente. Il personale di bordo ha giustificato tale variante in seguito a una decisione del pilota per le forti raffiche di vento. Vi garantisco che al momento dell’atterraggio sull’aeroporto non c’era assolutamente vento. Forse un errore del pilota che non era perfettamente nei parametri di atterraggio (quota e velocità)?
