Péssimo atendimento! A dona da loja é super sem educação. Além de que, compramos alguns produtos e ela colocou todos em uma sacola de péssima qualidade, fazendo a sacola romper, quebrando as compras.

Update: they refunded me after I contacted them.Whether a mistake handled poorly or a deliberate scam, the character of the people running this business showed through my experience here.I was trying to purchase an item which cost €4.50 and paid with a €10 note. Upon only receiving €2.50 in change, I asked if there had been a mistake as I was missing money back. From here, I was gaslit by the 3 men behind the counter and ultimately was in no place to argue as a young woman. They insisted I had given a €5 note and offered to pull up video surveillance footage which was ultimately unhelpful (blurry and the cashier's back blocked any indication of the note's value). He then tried to take back €2 from me. Upon opening the register, I pointed out the €10 note I had paid with which was incorrectly filed with other €20 notes but was told that it was from a previous transaction.Ultimately I was forced into believing I was in the wrong. As a tourist with a language barrier, I was also in no place to argue with these men. If it was an honest mistake from the cashier I shouldn't have been treated this way. Just a heads up for other tourists browsing the shops here to potentially avoid this one.
