Comincio dalle cose positive, il personale eccellente, réceptionist signora Elena e Signor Andrea gentili e disponibili, la signora delle colazioni eccezionale, disponibile, meravigliosa, ottimo cibo, semplice ma sufficientemente abbondante.Veniamo al negativo, camera Cosy letto alla francese, vecchio mobilio di colore scuro, poca illuminazione, materasso fatiscente, scomodissimo, che mi ha impedito il riposo, tendaggi da rinfrescare, antenna TV da sostituire.Il bagno, nel 2023, vasca da bagno con tenda (da sostituire) che non defluiva l'acqua, rubinetto del bidet inutilizzabile con filtro che schizzava acqua dappertutto, tavoletta del wc che si muoveva, di misura sbagliata.Da rivedere pulizia generale finestre ... moquette perfetta

Good value basic hotel on the west side of Rome. Ten minutes walk to Metro station.Very helpful front desk staff, efficiently booked a taxi to the airport for us.Rooms are cleaned well. Good choice of breakfast dishes.Other dining options available just a few minutes walk along the main road.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER. I stayed in a lot of different hotels. And if a hotel doesn’t provide some service , it would at least try to compensate it.It says it’s a 4-star hotel, but in fact it’s not. I could not even say it’s a 2-3 star hotel.The staff is awful, very rude, doesn’t even try to be nice with customers. the Wi-Fi connection doesn’t reach our room number 6, so I asked them why it doesn’t work, they said something like : oh, I don’t know blah blah blah (they pretended not to understand what I was talking about).IF NOT ALL YOUR ROOMS CAN ACCEPT WI-FI CONNECTION, SO WHY DO YOU WRITE THAT THERE IS A FREE WI-FI?????????????THERE IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!The location is really bad. It’s far from the city centre, and the metro station is in 10 minutes of walking, it’s hard to reach when you travel a lot and it’s boiling hot outside, but cost of the hotel is clear in this case, but I HIGHLY SUGGEST you to spend a little more money to book another hotel closer to the city centre.Talking about rudeness of staff, when I was complaining about all this, they didn’t say even sorry and acted like “oh, I don’t care, f*ck off” and were extremely rude to me. The man aged 45-50, tall, a bit overweight, wears glasses, a slight bristle and very short hair (looks like gray hair, I don’t remember ) was the person I complained to, and I have a question HOW ON EARTH DOES HE MANAGE TO WORK IN A SERVICE SECTOR? He is blunt, abusive and boorish.They cleaned the room but didn’t leave water , so I went to reception and asked for it. That man ,I described earlier , said “when the woman at the bar comes, she will give it to you”, so I waited for about 10 minutes, I asked him to call her; he said “hey,I’m working here ( he was looking at computer)”, here I started being shocked (I am your customer, you need to help me , ha?); I asked to call the barwoman, or maybe he could just stand and give that water, and here he said it was not free, SO WHY YOU DIDNT TELL ME THAT BEFORE I HAD WAITED FOR 10 MINUTES? Instead of making me wait? And I said I would write a bad review and again he answered me back and acted like “I don’t care at all, do whatever you want “.Other workers are not better, their manner of speech is unattractive. I wanted to leave the moment I found out the WiFi doesnt work (about 30 minutes after I checked-in) but they already charged the money from my card. SO I INSISTENTLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I’ve been travelling for more than 13 years, I always pay attention to value for money. The hotel (room,food, location) is quite value for money, but the rudeness of staff pissed me off. if you respect yourself NEVER stop here ! It spoiled my mood for half of the day.I forgot to write about ants in the bathroom. I attached a photo as a proof.NEVER STOP HERE!

Il personale altamente scortese, non responsivo e non allineato in merito a disponibilità ed ulteriori richieste (es. late check out)Ho inviato più mail ed effettuato più chiamate a questo hotel senza ricevere risposta che in tutta una vita. Camera non rispondente alla qualità che dovrebbe possedere un hotel a quattro stelle (gli asciugamani del viso erano strappati a causa dell’eccessivo grado di usura). Il bagno era privo di bidet, ma detta circostanza non era descritta sul sito, nè mai è stata fatta presente dal personale.Non tornerò mai più in questa struttura.

Had to change room three times before we found one acceptable, wallpaper ripped off the walls, aircon not working, extractor fan not working in bathroom etc, etc. For a supposedly 4* hotel, this is sadly lacking. To be frank it's more a 2* desperately in need of a complete refurb. Also, to be hit with the max city tax on arrival is a bit rich.

Great hotel for city break, rooms are on the smaller side but you won't spend much time there if you are sight seeing Rome. Breakfast had all the basic options, rooms were cleaned everyday. 1 hour walk from hotel to Central Rome, easily done in the Mediterranean sunshine!

Located just outside the hustle and bustle of central Roma, this hotel is conveniently located, budget friendly, clean, welcoming & has one of the best breakfast buffet services of any hotel I’ve ever stayed! The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful & accommodating. The room itself was a dream, with a balcony, swinging seat and gorgeous city skyline.

This hotel is an interesting one for sure! I was put in a disabled ground floor room for some reason so the review is based on that and the other rooms may vary.Fist the worst part. The room was infested with mosquitoes with splatter marks over the wall from previous guests as pictured. It was spring so could be forgiven, however they should really fumigate the place to sort it out! I was bitten multiple times.My biggest complaint with the room however is the completely unobscured bathroom window which faces a property and road used by coaches! Why they haven't put a cheap frosted glass covering on the window is beyond me. I did not feel comfortable using the shower or toilet at night with the light on as anyone could see in, totally unacceptable!Other than that the rest of the hotel is average, I would say more 3 than 4 star. The breakfast is nice with a good variety but the staff could do with a bit more enthusiasm, they look very deflated and barely crack a smile in the morning. The receptionist seemed happy and nice and the night staff were equally pleasant.The hotel is within walking distance to a bus stop which is handy but I would recommend getting a taxi when arriving and leaving as they can be busy and it is hard to take cases on board.Overall 3/5
