Ho sinceramente apprezzato, l’approccio professionale degli architetti Simoni e Meess fin dal primo incontro quando sono stati chiari sull’ iter richiesto nella valutazione e analisi di un immobile e su tutti gli altri relativi aspetti incluso l’aspetto finanziario.Le visite agli immobili sono state svolte insieme, sia virtualmente nel loro studio sia di personanella supervisione degli immobile in questione.Ho anche apprezzato come si sono interfacciati con gli agenti immobiliari e ho altamente gradito come la loro professionalità e preparazione si muovesse a unisono con una profonda umanità e impagabile capacità di mettere il cliente a proprio agio.

I highly recommend Architects Simoni e Meess. We have used them a couple of times recently in assessing two different properties. Their advice was extremely valuable in making a good valuation of the property that we were considering buying and we found them to be honest and realistic. They have a very professional approach, paying as much attention to the overall aspect as to the smallest details, but at the same time are friendly and easy to get along with. They very quickly understood our requirements and were able to make constructive suggestions that were essential to our decision making. They are very up front about their pricing and are very reasonably priced. I like the fact that they are an international team and have no problem conversing in either English, German or Italian. Their specialization in Feng Shui, energy conservation and the environment was also one of the reasons that we chose this company and in these aspects we found them to be well informed and up to date.

Tailor-made in terms of deliverables and timing.We had a great experience with Archidee. Ginevra and Matthias were of great support, not only for the quality of the design proposed and its follow up, but also for the synchronization of all the work in specific (and difficult) periods.Since we do not live in Italy, but were visiting during the summer, the good planning made the job possible!
