Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in questa struttura alla fine di Marzo.Il residence nuovo è molto curato, ha più appartamenti di tagli diversi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in uno grande: 2 stanze con letti matrimoniali ed un soggiorno ampio con divano angolare ed angolo con divano letto. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben arredati, un tavolo in vetro in soggiorno e la cucina dotata di tutto dal bel design ed elettrodomestici di qualità.Dalle finestre si gode la vista magnifica del lago. Altro pregio e’ il silenzio.Il signor Giuliano è un proprietario molto gentile e disponibileEsperienza positiva al 100%, con gran desiderio di tornare!!!!

Thank you so much for an exceptional holiday!The apartment was amazing, clean and had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. And the sea view was breathtaking!Giuliano was super sweet and caring and helped us wherever he could. Even drove us personally in the rain when we couldn't call a taxi.We are very grateful for such a sincere and warm attitude, we will definitely return!Thank you so-so much!

Siamo stati recentemente ospiti..... assolutamente eccezionale cortesia disponibilità e efficienza del proprietario per qualsiasi richiesta o chiarimento.....vista lago indimenticabile ed travolgente.... comodissimo per raggiungere il centro città sia a piedi che con l'auto...... sicuramente esperienza da ripetere al più presto!!! Grazie mille Giuliano per l'ospitalità !!!!

Sehr moderne und top ausgestattete Wohnung. Wunderschöne Aussicht.Wenn man zu Fuß ins Dorf will kann das Treppensteigen etwas mühsam werden. Vor allem mit Kinderwagen.

Ampio e luminoso con vista panoramica. Bisogna abituarsi al treno che passa in galleria . Ambiente moderno e confortevole.

We’ve stayed in a bigger apartment (the one which fits 6 people). Apartment is very clean, looks completely new. Bedding is hotel-quality, two different pillow types for different preferences. Spacious bathrooms with plenty of nice fresh towels. Nice kitchen with full-sized fridge and a stovetop. Note that there is no sugar/salt/coffee/tea. However, the best part is not the apartment, but the view!!! Absolutely breathtaking view over Lago di Maggiore. There is a big terrace with chairs to sit and enjoy the spectacular landscape. And the apartment is a 10 minute walk to center of Stresa.Exceptionally nice host/manager!!! He has helped us willingly with various requests. Overall, very satisfying stay, though quite expensive.
