Rental Plus Bergamo

I had an outstanding experience with Discover cars and the local dealer (Rental Plus at BGY airport) - very friendly web page, easy to find the car I want, fast search between the different suppliers and finally the overall cost.1. Very fast car pick up2. Outstanding car - got a brand new car with 14km3. Excellent service from the agent representative - always with a smile and willingness to support.Everything was perfect!We planned a trip to Northern Italy, and Bergamo was a better option to start than Milan, as it is closer, and a smaller airport size made the pickup and all the security checks in the return much faster. We got a brand new Renault Austral with only 14km which served us well through our stay. The trip was to Caldaro - stayed in Designhotel Gius La Residenza" which was amazing. Great location close to rivers

We hebben voor een week een auto gehuurd. Direct na de landing hebben we deze opgehaald. Wij hadden niet gemerkt dat het niet geaccepteerd zou worden als de credit card op een andere naam staat dan de hoofdbestuurder.We moesten dus een extra bestuurder toevoegen en betalen. Dat was jammer. Daarna met de bus van platform 8 naar Parking 3 waar de auto's van verhuurders staan. Onze zou in rij A15 staan. En inderdaad een zo goed als nieuwe Lancia Ypsilon. Fijne kleine auto waar we lekker mee op pad zijn geweest. Bij het inleveren geen problemen. We hadden al het interieur gezogen en afgetankt. Al met al een prima ervaring!

Арендовал автомобиль в мае 2013 года в Rentalplus через сервис GetMyCar. Брал страховку с полным покрытием. Получил отличный новый автомобиль Ford Fiesta ST. Май 2023, с пробегом 3800км. Паркинг на стоянке P3. Легко можно добраться на Шатле от аэропорта за 10 минут. Ставлю не 5 звёзд потому что бак был заправлен только на 3/4, а это около 18 евро.

Flug hatte Verspätung. Trotz telefonischer Zusicherung (und Verfügbarkeit) wurde der bereits bezahlte Mietwagen bei Ankunft nicht ausgehändigt. Ganz schlechter Stil und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Giorgia went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. There was a small issue with the car provided at the beginning but she managed to solve it. I rented a car to travel in norther Italy and in Switzerland.The rental went smooth and the car was the same one that I booked. I would recommend her for a promotion in the business given her excellent customer service.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 mesi prima , arriviamo e nessuna macchina è disponibile. I termini contrattuali non sono stati rispettati.

El servicio está bien pero en ningún momento había información alguna de donde es el punto de recogida/depósito de vehículos. En Venecia tuvimos que recogerlo en un punto lejano del aeropuerto del cual tuvieron que recogernos en un bus (y nada de esto lo sabíamos). En Bérgamo por ejemplo es en el Aparcamiento P3 del aeropuerto (y tampoco lo sabíamos). Hay que llamar por teléfono para saber información.

Péssimo.Devolvi a viatura no mesmo parque e sector, P3 sector D.Era suposto deixá-la na fila 9, deixei na 7 porque a fila 9 tinha blocos de betão nos dois lados do parque. Sem sinalização de como aceder à fila 9.Após 15 minutos de espera apanhei o autocarro para o terminal.No balcão ao entregar a chave informei a funcionária sobre a situação. Disse-me para voltar ao parque e ir pela estrada exterior para aceder à fila 9. Informei-a que não era possível pois tinha que dirigir-me ao check-in do vôo e que deviam ter-me informado sobre isso quando levantei a viatura.Paguei 38 euros pelo aluguer da viatura, Fiat Panda, cobraram-me 43 por 1 assento de criança. Tiveram a desfaçatez de me cobrar 25 euros de parque!! Devolvi a viatura às 09h30m, às 10h fizeram a vistoria à viatura e enviaram-me o respectivo relatório. Não mudaram a viatura para a fila 9 nesta altura? 30 minutos de parque custam 25 euros?Aproveitamento, falta de respeito e de profissionalismo.Primeira e última vez!

I rented an economy class car through discovercars in May 2023 from the Rental Plus company in Bergamo Airport.Although I was initially reluctant because it was a company I hadn't heard of and the rental price was very low (120 euros for 5 days with a child seat included), everything went incredibly well.The communication was excellent with those from Rental Plus, both by email and on whatsapp.The rental office is easy to find. The time required to pick up the car was very short (as well as when handing it over), as there was no one in line.The agents are well trained and speak English ok.I rented a brand-new Lancia Ypsilon (3000 km) with only 2 small scratches on the rear bumper, which I was informed about.Since I had insurance from discovercars, I had to leave a guarantee of 500 euros plus the rental price (the amount blocked on the credit card). I asked that at the end I pay the rental price with a debit card and that the entire amount on the credit card be unlocked.The cars park is in the P3 parking lot, where you can get there with a shuttle bus every 10 minutes. To hand over the car, leave it in the same rows allocated from P3 and then go to the airport to hand over the keys.After I handed over the car, the money on my credit card was unlocked in 6 calendar days.The only minus was the fact that I asked for a seat for a 3–4-year-old child and I only received a booster seat because they didn't have anything else available. We managed that too, but it wasn't easy for us and it wasn't that safe for a small child to sit in the car seat belts.Overall, I was very satisfied with the Rental Plus services and recommend them.
