Professional, no funny business. Good deal through AAA in the states before renting car. Had the infant seat ready as hoped. It’s about 10 minute 12-15 euro cab ride from train station.Got a VW mid size (for Italy) suv that was nice, well maintained and fit (tight squeeze) four adults and infant. And all our luggage.Agreed on existing damage up front (took picture) and examined car at the end and got immediate report after returning car.No hesitation to recommend or use them again.
