I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and always satisfied. When I arrive I feel like I am back to my Venice home! It is very quiet and reasonably priced. And one great feature, I can actually find it from the vaperreto stop at ca rezzonico on the Grand Canal. The brothers who run the small hotel (7 rooms that once was the palazzo of a private family) are very kind and helpful. I hope to go back this year , 2022!

Buona la posizione per visitare Venezia in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le principali mete turistiche della città. Per tutto il resto rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

Un petit hotel tres bien situé!Même si certains critiqueront le côté vieillot des meubles, des tapisseries, des literies,...Il reste un super rapport qualité /prix/localisation...De plus le personnel est aimable, partage des bons plans touristiques, et de bon conseil pour dénicher les meilleurs restaurant, au bon prix !De plus l'accès est facile, et permet des rentrées tardives le soir lorsque1 l'on veut profiter en soirée ... Mais l'on doit savoir rester les plus discrets et silencieux possibles, pour respecter le repos des clients...+ Nous y avons séjourné avec notre fille âgée de 4 ans... Et on se sentait comme à la maison, comme dans un hôtel familial !Ne changez rien !

Staff was kind and helpful. My daughter was sick part of the timeand they where very considerate. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were large. Patio was just coming into season, but can see where that would be nice too. Good value, loved the location, right across the canal from a fun jazz club too.

Great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly! Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very hard but we were only there for two nights so it didn't really bother us that much. We had breakfast in a lovely sunny courtyard garden. Not much choice but what was there was nice. I would definitely stay there again!!
