Topp Lage in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Geräumige & gepflegte Wohnung, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und sehr netter Empfang & Tipps von der Gastgeberin!Einziges Manko in unserer Wohnung (oranges Loft) hat es leider nach Rauch gerochen, anscheinend hat jemand - trotz Rauchverbots - die Wohnung eingequalmt... deshalb ein Stern Abzug beim Zimmer.

Beautiful place to stay and excellent location. Super clean, new and everything we needed was available. Great location. Super helpful lady who made we had everything at check in. Front desk helped us with transport to the airport and every question we asked regarding going to places was answered to in depth. Thanks a lot.

Ottima, struttura, posizione centralissima, personale molto disponibile.Ho avuto un problema, nell'accesso alla ZTL di COMO, zona in cui si trova la struttura, il personale è stato estremamente efficiente e cortese.

Am fost cazați o singura noapte dar nu am avut nimic de reproșat. Locatie foarte curata și bine dotata, de la bucătărie pana la baie. Personal prietenos si amabil. Deschisi pt. modificare check-out/în la ore rezonabile.

Der Herr, welcher die Schlüsselpbergabe machte kam 15 Minuten zu spät und konnte kaum englisch. Anschliessend bezogen wir ein Zimmer, welches stark nach Rauch roch. Nach einer Reklamation durften wir in eine grössere Loft. Dort ging die Heizung jedoch nicht und wir frohren jede Nacht. Die Schlösser an den Türen funktionieren nicht recht. Teilweise sassen Gäste vor dem Eingang, bis ihnen jemand öffnen konnte.Die Lage ist super

AVOID!!!We booked this loft because it included 2 double beds, however when we were there there was only 1 double and the rest were sofa beds. We asked for a change of room as the appartment description did not match what they gave us, they did not accept. In addition, we agreed I will pay by cash but suddenly they charged my cc without informing me! Very disaappointed with the staff.
