Volevo condividere che non pensavo esistessero ancora atelier così professionali e unici..Ci siamo recati per il matrimonio di mio Figlio e siamo stati accolti e seguiti in modo formale ma accogliente posto bellissimo di classe la Gentilissima Signorina che ci a seguito passo passo...Una vera professionista con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità..siamo usciti molto soddisfatti. Avremo l'abito curato nei minimi particolari nel giorno più bello della vita Grazie a Lanieri.

Esperienza perfetta. Sono andata in atelier con un parente per un abito da cerimonia e siamo stati davvero soddisfatti. Materiali ottimi, cura del dettaglio, professionalità, precisione. Consiglio!

Good (though not excellent) experience overall.We started very well (5 out of 5), we continued very poorly (2 out of 5), we finished ok (4 out of 5). Average: 3.66, rounded to 4.Day 1: I ordered two suits (one immediately, one a bit later): one business suit, and one suit for my wedding. Luisa was extremely competent and offered great customer service. The quickly understood my needs and provided some great advice on the solution that would suit my needs. I felt I was in good hands.Fast forward a couple of months later: I went to the store to try the business suit. It had some clear issues around the arm (as you can see in the picture below). The gentleman confirmed that it was 'normal' as that's what I should have expected due to my body structure. As I am not an expert I took his word and went home. Talking to a few people (slightly more knowledgeable than me in the field) they made me realize that the issues had got to be fixed. I sent an email to Lanieri, they confirmed that the problem was real and had to be fixed. I went back to the store where they promised that the suit was going to be ready in one week (ready for a ceremony I was due to attend as godfather). I went back one week later (as per appointment), the suit wasn't there (there was a communication issue with the tailor), I went there for nothing (1h 40m journey there an back). I went back 3 days later, the suit was there but still wasn't ready with my great disappointment (the ceremony was one day later). I went back the week after, the issues were finally fixed.I went back after a couple of weeks to fix some more minor issues on the business suit and to try the wedding suit. A few days later I went back and picked up both the business suit and the wedding suit which seem to fit well, even though there are still some small imperfections I am not entirely happy with. Great quality of materials, great style. But execution was not where I expected it to be.Update: Responding to Lanieri’s comment: I am happy as you are with the final result. And certainly I wasn’t expecting an outcome as good as what a bespoke can deliver, we are on the same page.Having said that, the execution was sub-standard. Every trip back and forth from the shop was 1h 40m for us. 2 missed appointments from your side (even though you knew I had commitments where I needed the suit) and 1 wrong advice (the one regarding the arm in the picture below) are the key reason why I gave 4 stars (or 3.66 as you liked to specify) and not 5.I appreciate the apologies though, I will definitely see you again in the future.

Luisa was amazing. Great customer service, great follow up and most importantly, the suit is absolutely beautiful! I have never seen such quality textile. Thank you!

AVOID!! Mass-produced suit at custom-made prices. Radio silence after complaints were lodged.The suit I received was not made to measure whatsoever. Starting with the suit: he collar is too wide, the shoulders too tight, the back too tight and the arms are too tight. The pants are too wide and too long.I do not understand how it is possible to get so much wrong on a custom-suit. I have tried mass produced suits that fit better.After the video-call with Lanieri, they admitted there were material defficiencies with the suit and offered to reimburse 75 EUR of the adjustment costs. I live in Berlin and have visited a number of tailors, and almost all tailors have refused to make the adjustments because the suit is Beyond repair". One tailor offered to make the adjustments for 400 EUR!!I requested a refund

Super gentili e cortesi in showroom. Ora vedremo l'abito. Prevista consegna in tempi più che ragionevoli

Sono venuto a conoscenza di Lanieri grazie a un noto YouTuber legato al mondo dell'abbigliamento.Mi sono rivolto a loro per la realizzazione di un abito su misura da indossare al mio matrimonio in modo da presentarmi con qualcosa totalmente personalizzabile secondo i miei gusti.Grazie al sito Web è possibile prendere appuntamento (nel mio caso presso lo store di Milano) e una volta accolti presso la loro struttura, facilmente raggiungibile con il trasporto pubblico, si nota subito come l'azienda sia attenta al cliente. Sono stato seguito dal Sig. M. F. e in poco meno di un'ora, tra spiegazioni, la prova di alcuni capi di abbigliamento e una meticolosa presa delle misure, l'abito è stato ordinato e messo in produzione.Nel giro di un mese l'abito è stato creato e, come da accordi presi, mi sono recato un'ulteriore volta presso Lanieri in modo da verificare che l'abito calzasse a pennello. Ancora una volta la meticolosità e precisione del Sig. M.F. si è manifestata e mi è stato consigliato di fare una piccola modifica all'orlo dei pantaloni; nel giro di una settimana questa è stata effettuata e l'abito è stato spedito all'indirizzo da me richiesto. Tutto perfetto, lo sarebbe ancora di più se avessi accolto un'osservazione del Sig. M.F. circa un dettaglio sui pantaloni ma che per motivi personali ho deciso di tralasciare.Estremamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza, non mi rimane altro che attendere il giorno del matrimonio, sperando di fare un'ottima impressione ai miei cari.Mi rivolgerò senz'altro a Lanieri qualora avessi di nuovo bisogno di un abito su misura. Ottimi materiali, ottima l'assistenza, prezzi accessibili. Spero possa aprire una filiale nella mia città.

La peggiore esperienza possibile.Sarebbero tante le cose da raccontare, ma basta partire dalla fine: qualità del tessuto molto buona, ma presa misure e rifiniture vergognose. Morale, ho dovuto portare il vestito ad aggiustare da un altro sarto che appena l’ha visto era sconvolto per come fossero state cucite male le maniche. Piombatura e cuciture vergognose. E non è bastato farlo notare all’atelier di Milano, più e più volte. La risposta che ottenevo, per i non esperti, era sempre la stessa: più di così non si può fare. Ma non finisce qui: dietro le scapole c’era un solco, una piega inguardabile. Mi dissero che anche mettendolo sul manichino non sarebbe stato possibile eliminare quel difetto. Peccato che in meno di 1 settimana, per circa 300€, l’altro sarto (di cui non faccio nome, ma son pronto a pubblicare scontrino fiscale) ha sistemato tutto.Quindi che dire? Volete un vestito con un buon tessuto ma cucito peggio di un vestito prodotto in serie? Allora prendete Lanieri.
