Hotel semplice e molto economico.....camere abbastanza pulite e letto comodo....piccolo difetto per i bagni in alcune camere sono PICCOLISSIMI......per il resto colazione semplice e tradizionale...personale discreto e gentile.......perfetto per chi vuole soggiornare in vacanza vicino a Venezia

Prezzo per notte (€82) sproporzionato rispetto al servizio offerto. Camera mantenuta male, piena di cose che stavano per rompersi o funzionavano male. Il fatto che nella colazione fosse espressamente vietato portarsi via del cibo per il resto della giornata era risibile e offensivo: a quel punto, la colazione al bar costa meno, è più buona e il pane magari si può riuscire ad avere tostato...Apprezziamo la posizione comoda per il trasporto pubblico e la pulizia della camera, che comunque non giustificano il prezzo da camera a tre stelle.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was exactly what we needed, super modern bathroom, and we had our own private balcony!Check in was super easy, and the gentleman who checked us in during the day was unbelievable. Great customer service, kind, and informative! Will be staying here next time we come to Venice.

Buono come qualità e prezzo.ottima posizione per prendere il tram (10 minuti da Venezia).Zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi. Ottima pulizia, ma odore forte di detersivo nella biancheria.Ottima colazione variegata.Personale cordiale e disponibile

Dopo un paio d'ore in camera ce ne siamo andati dalla disperazione. Il materasso era impregnato di un profumatore d'ambiente che rendeva l'ambiente insopportabile. Stanza sporca. Capelli e peli ovunque.

The hotel is very convenient, just 2min walk from T1 tram that goes to Roma square in Venice in 10min . The front desk guy was very helpful, gave us directions and tips on how to use the public transport and where to have dinner nearby. The room was nice, and the housekeepers would make the bed and wipe the bathroom every day. It went well beyond our expectations and would stay again if we are coming back to Venice.

Location - very close to - 2 tram stations which take you to Venice in about 12 minutes, bus stop, excellent Italian and Indian restaurants and a super market.Rooms - small but comfortable with good house keeping service.Breakfast - a fair range of options for all likes.Desk Staff and Service - Very good, polite, speak English and extremely helpful. They are proactive in providing all information.Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel located 15 with tram from Venice.They have parking spaces in front of the hotel but you have to pay 6 euro per day.Reception is opened from 07 am untill 11 pm.Rooms are quite big and the bathroom as well.We had a huge balcony.Price is great.

Nice, and clean, but with a lot of noises during the night. The breakfast is great with many options, and the hotel is very close to the T1 tramp going to Venice. The trip takes around 10 minutes
