The vehicles were good, but the staff (i.e. Renzo) is very unprofessional in dealing with customers.

Spectacular Van rental! We had the Mercedes V class and it truly made our trip! My group of 6 people plus our luggage fit comfortably. We rented the van in Milan and drove through the Dolomites, saw the entire region with the van, and dropped it off at Lucerne. Having a vehicle allowed us to explore and see so much more!Christian was incredible! He brought us the van to our Milan airbnb, communicated with us and helped with advice since we were unfamiliar with the Italian highways, and best of all he picked up the van in Lucerne and met us at the Airbnb!! A million thanks to Christian and his team! I cannot say enough kind things about the service and entire experience, it surpassed ALL expectations.
