Beautiful place to spend a couple days and decompress. Loved the ocean views from the room and the pool and access to the beach.

The rooms are small.The hotel is old.The price is ok.Beach is ok.Why go there???Because of the sea and because it is so close to the beautiful Piran city.the walk to Piran is around 15min and very nice for running.In the city you have nice cafes and restaurants and all you need for a holiday!

La dépendance a pochi passi dal mare con il lettone anche esterno offre la possibilità di vivere, annusare e ascoltare il mare 24 ore su 24. La passeggiata senza auto fino a Pirano, la colazione in terrazza e i servizi del borgo rendono unico il soggiorno a Fiesa.

Esperienza davvero molto positiva. Dopo 40 km in bici siamo arrivati in questo hotel fronte mare alle pendici di una collina ed è stato davvero un grande sollievo. La struttura era molto accogliente, con uno staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. È stato possibile usufruire dei lettini e degli ombrelloni di fronte all'hotel per godersi un po' di relax al tramonto. Colazione a buffet buona e soprattutto molto abbondante, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti soprattutto salati.Ottima la qualità prezzo. Super consigliato!

Albergo anni 70 ristrutturato nelle camere e nei locali ristoro.Camere piccole, bagno cieco senza bidet. Parcheggio obbligatorio 11.90 euro al giorno( chissà perché non te lo dicono prima!)Colazione dolce povera, salata poco più abbondante.Prezzo alto per quanto offerto

3+…overall it was a nice stay but they were few big issues.1. They offer a parking for guests next to the hotel and this is not actually true…when we came in the evening after the long drive there was no spot in front of the hotel..we park 100m away on he grass and was assured by the staff that it’s okay. The next day the police was giving fines..2. The breakfast was not good3. Corridors are outdated - it should be renovated.Anyways the location is very good, walking distance to the centre. Cabanas are for 20euros per day and it’s really comfy option to rest with the beautiful see view.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! We stayed over very spontaneous for 1 night and we were absolutely amazed by1) the very nice welcome from a gorgeous woman named “Aida” she was an absolute delight and made us feel very welcome2) the nice details around the hotel building and nicely arranged scenery3) the menu of food and beverages that were offered and the high quality for the okay pricingAll in All - Great stay over and we are happy we found such a nice place to be! We will come again.

Nice staff and location next to the sea. However, the rooms itself are a bit out of date and could be renovated (see pictures). If you prefer to be located directly in the city - choose another hotel. Breakfast: mediocre.

Ottima posizione vicino tutti i mezzi. Appartamenti al terzo piano senza ascensore (att. Per le valigie). Ho prenotato una camera singola con bagno condiviso. La camera era carina, molto graziosa ma con finestra interna e molto calda, rinfrescata con un piccolo ventilatore. Colazione dolce con fette biscottate e torte dal supermercato. la stanza ed il bagno erano pulite, ma il cuscino aveva uno strato odore...

Hotel to flee!We booked a room with a sea view for our honeymoon and we got a room with a view literally on a wall! Because the hotel has overbooked, half of the rooms on the first floor overlook this wall! In addition, when we complained, we were badly received and offered to pay 90€ more just to have a room like the one we had reserved! Or leave the hôtel !!They ended up offering us a room with two separate beds when they wanted a double. If you like walls go to this hotel...
