Situated close to all the main attractions, it allowed me to easily explore the enchanting city of Venice without having to endure the noisy crowds. The convenience of being within walking distance of famous landmarks such as St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge made my sightseeing adventures effortless and enjoyable.Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Davide, the extraordinary host who truly made my stay exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. His knowledge of the city and its hidden gems was invaluable. Davide took the time to provide me with insider tips, recommending authentic local restaurants, lesser-known attractions, and the best times to visit popular landmarks. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to experience Venice from a unique perspective, avoiding tourist traps and discovering the city's authentic charm.The residence itself was nothing short of excellent. My accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Consiglio di soggiornare qui. Posizione meravigliosa e comoda, 15 minuti dai parcheggi e stazione ferroviaria 10 minuti dal ponte di Rialto. Vicino c'è panetteria, market e dei bei localini dove cenare o fare aperitivi. Le foto non rendono giustizia al residence che è molto più bello dal vivo. Nel 2020 c'è stato Tom Cruise con tutto lo staff per soggiorno in occasione delle riprese di Mission Impossible a Venezia.

We spent a week in Venice & choose to stay in Residence Poli Venezia in the Santa Croce district , as we had stayed nearby before & loved this lovely quite area, which is also conveniently located centrally to all the important areas such as the train station & bus depot, Rialto & St. Mark’s Square. The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet, shower and free toiletries, while the kitchen features a fridge, an oven and a dishwasher. All units are air conditioned and include seating & dining area. The apartment was also spotlessly clean!Chiara & Davide are fantastic hosts & looked after us throughout & also recommended some beautiful restaurants for us to dine in. We loved our stay in Venice and upon our return we will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

We stay at the Poly aquamarine suite, and it was perfect!The location is amazing, located at quiet area, close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shop. There is supermarket near the place.Walking at the beautiful streets and canals and walking to all main location and attractions.The suite was perfectly clean, huge and well equipped with everything needed to make your stay pleasant.The room have code and its easy to access, Chiara was always available and supportive.Amazing vacation and highly recommended place to stay at Venice

Appartamento pulito e comodissimo, ottima posizione per raggiungere ogni punto di Venezia ma situato in una zona tranquilla. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

I recently stayed at this hotel with a modern dark emerald theme, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well furnished, and the presence of a kitchen was a great plus for those who enjoy cooking during their travels. If you need groceries, there's a convenient Coop mini market just a minute's walk away.The location of the hotel is superb, nestled in a charming alley near Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giacomo dall'Orio. What's more, it's only a short 10-minute stroll from the Venezia train station. Being centrally situated, it was incredibly convenient for us to explore popular attractions like the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Basilica on foot.Venice's true beauty can truly be experienced by walking its enchanting streets. It's a magical feeling to get lost amidst the city's unique atmosphere.Lastly, I highly recommend treating yourself to a visit to Pizza 2000. Not only is the food delicious, but it's also a budget-friendly option that won't disappoint.Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional stay with its stylish theme, cleanliness, convenient amenities, and prime location. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Venice.Fun fact: Tom Cruise was here!

We stayed in Esmerald appartment, which is ideally located, well furnished and so very comfortable. Our host, Chiara was always available to ease our trip. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Great place in a quiet street. Little over ten minutes walk from the parking garages and train station. Studio is clean and well furnished. Owners are helpful with getting around and tips for sights and places for food.
