Absolutely unsatisfied, no respect for customers. She did not even asked what I want, I bought voucher package for color, highlights and cut. The color is applied only on roots without even asking my idea. I ended up with paying 45 eurofor just a simple cut, I feel like being scammed.

Ottimo lavoro e accoglienza gentile.Nonostante abbia lavorato in fretta causa treno, è sempre stata professionale e gentile, ma soprattutto la piega più veloce mai fatta, non si è arricciata ed è rimasta lucida e composta anche dopo pioggia.

I am a traveling American and haven’t had my hair cut/colored since my last appointment in AZ at the end of April….I am a 55yr old brunette with fine hair and grey hair that I prefer to keep coloring (at least for now). From the sun damage to the hard water and the fact that I ran out of my regular hair products several weeks ago…needless to say my hair needed some serious attention.I have been searching for a hair salon since we are currently in Bologna and walked past Elena Greco Hair and Beauty today. The salon is very clean, organized, modern and professional. While looking for the hours that the salon was open, Elena welcomed me in… when I expressed that I was looking for a cut and color, she said “prego” and was able to fit me in immediately. She is a marvel in that she was balancing multiple client’s needs… all while ensuring her customers were attended. The assistant in the salon gives an amazing hair wash and massage with the perfect water temperature (extra kudos for that!!)Keep in mind, I don’t speak Italian and Elena doesn’t speak much English, but we were able to communicate just fine. Google translate was helpful for some of the specific questions but a picture is worth a thousand words and she had some and I had some…Ultimately I walked out of the salon feeling beautiful, my hair looks better and healthier than it has in months and my husband even commented “wow!” and that he thinks it may be the best hair cut/color I have ever had… and that is the best endorsement of all!Thank you Elena Greco!

Sono andata in questo salone attraverso un coupon di Groupon. Sono soddisfatta al 100 per cento . Per la prima volta una parrucchiera mi ha compreso e consigliato nel modo giusto. Bel salone, ottima accoglienza e tanta bravura. PS: la piega è stupenda e cosa più importante sta durando come mai successo prima. Tornerò sicuramente

Esperienza pessima, da evitare assolutamente perché penso che la correttezza in una professione sia la prima cosa. Regalo un offerta pubblicizzata e grazie alla titolare faccio una figura di M. Perché non ha rispettato il pacchetto che ho acquistato e ho regalato ovvero non ha applicato crema ristrutturante, il colore applicato solo minimamente sulla ricrescita (richiedeva differenza di prezzo per applicare colore come si deve), effetti luce: trattasi di 2 striscioline che nemmeno si vedono. E meno male che le promozioni servono per farsi conoscere bene dai nuovi clienti. A mai più ! Statene alla larga. mi consola molto che non sono l'unica voce fuori dal coro…anzi se avessi letto prima altre recensioni avrei evitato di sicuro questa deludente e sgradevole esperienza.

Ho usufruito del servizio di taglio e piega. Il salone è grande e accogliente. Il personale è gentile e competente, Elena è disponibile e attenta al cliente. Sono molto soddisfatta.

Ho scoperto questo salone dopo aver acquistato un coupon Groupon per taglio e piega. Il risultato è stato davvero soddisfacente, ho trovato tanta gentilezza e professionalità! Tornerò sicuramente!

Un grande NO! Mi dispiace dare una valutazione negativa, ma non sono stata per niente soddisfatta. Taglio sbrigativo a dir poco (non mi è stato neanche chiesto approfonditamente come lo volevo e hanno fatto di testa loro!) e piega mossa terribile. Ho pagato 44 euro e nella stessa zona si trovano parrucchieri di cui essere più che soddisfatti con 25 euro di taglio e piega.
