We dropped my iPhone off at Tecnopoint in the morning to get screen replaced. They confirmed they had the part and it would be ready by 1pm as they close from 1-5pm then reopen 5-8pm. We got to shop at 12:30 and they had already closed. No one there. After many attempts to contact them we finally got hold of the guy and he said they didn’t have the part so could not fix the screen and that we would have to come back at 5pm. We weren’t happy as we were staying 30 minutes away from the town. They finally agreed to come back to shop so we didn’t have to wait around. They were also suppose to message when ready so they should have let us know earlier. Would not recommend this shop. Unreliable!
