Awful experience, during the cruise trip they don't inform correctly and precisely, also the board was absolutely crowded from Sorrento... plus we had online tickets and at the boarding they didn't give us a physical ticket so at Positano we could barely get back on the ship. Also - because of the lack of / and inaccurate information - we were waiting for an hour for the ship when we realized they left us behind at Amalfi and departed earlier than the schedule. In a nutshell: If you don’t want to waste your money and worry all day, just choose another cruise company.

Wir haben den Ausflug Sorrento - Positano - Amalfi einen Tag im Voraus mit Bearbeitungsgebühr über das Hotel gebucht. Als wir am Hafen ankamen war die Frau am Schalter überfordert. Es dauerte über 15 Minuten bis wir an der Reihe waren, obwohl nur 4 Personen vor uns standen. In dieser Zeit bildete sich noch eine große Schlange hinter uns. Als wir endlich an der Reihe waren, unsere Reservierung zeigten und den restlichen Betrag zahlten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir sehr schnell zum Pier 6 sollen. Dort kamen wir kurz vor der Abfahrt an, wurden aber nicht mehr auf das Boot gelassen, weil es voll war. Man schickte uns zu einem anderen Pier. Dort warteten wir eine Stunde auf das nächste Boot. Dieses war auch überfüllt. Eine Aussicht hatten wir auf diesem Boot nicht. Die fehlende Stunde in Positano mussten wir auf Nachfrage hinnehmen. Es gab auch auf dem Boot kein Wort der Entschuldigung für die Reisenden. Alle Fahrten waren schlecht organisiert und überfüllt. In Positano drängte man sich mit hunderten anderen Menschen auf das Boot. Auch in Amalfi gab es keine Ausschilderung. Wenigstens waren die anderen zwei Touren mit besseren Booten, von denen man auch die Möglichkeit hatte ein Foto zu machen.Insgesamt wären wir nicht einmal so enttäuscht, wenn wir nicht reserviert und mehr bezahlt hätten. Die Organisation ist eine Katastrophe. Die Personen mit rechtzeitiger Reservierung hätten sie auf das pünktliche Boot lassen müssen und alle Spontanbucher mit dem Hinweis auf ein verspätetes/ zusätzliches Boot buchen müssen. Insgesamt eine absolute Enttäuschung. Buchen Sie woanders.

Non precisi con gli orari il che significa perdere tempo prezioso x fare escursioni....zero spiegazioni durante il viaggio x quello che si osserva....turisti che come avvoltoi si avventano a fare foto piazzandosi avanti a quelli seduti senza essere richiamati a sedersi....e come vedersi un film al cinema con posto a sedere e si piazzano delle persone avanti all'impiedi!!!adulti 45 euro e bambini 35 x il tour positano e amalfi

Oggi, 8 luglio, un esperienza fantastica, un equipaggio cortese e molto preparato, il più simpatico il signor Raffaele, gentilissimo e anche mio paesano di Meta di Sorrento, un esperienza da ripetere. Complimenti a tutti.

Abbiamo prenotato questa mini crociera(come pubblicizza la compagnia stessa) con la speranza che lo fosse!! Non ci interessavano i confort ma solo avere spiegazioni su quello che avremmo visto nel giro in barca lungo la costa!! informazioni sui paesini sulla costa (o almeno sapere i nomi) e le isole che avremmo incontrato! Siamo saliti a bordo..distanza e mascherine zero. Siamo partiti con 20 minuti di ritardo,nel tragitto non ci è stato comunicato nulla sul panorama che stavamo visitando abbiamo dovuto intuire da soli che a destra trovavamo capri e poco più avanti i galli. Scendiamo a Positano giro super veloce perché ovviamente siamo arrivati in ritardo e dovevamo ripartire alle 13.30Solo sul tragitto positano-amalfi viene impugnato il microfono per dirci che saremmo arrivati a breve ma lo scopo principale era quello di vendere ovviamente un giro in barca presso la grotta Smeralda.L ora del rientro ovviamente non è stata quella comunicata ma abbiamo ritardato. Super sconsigliato per chi vuole fare la costa in barca e avere informazioni su di essa.. questo è solo ed esclusivamente un viaggio di linea!

Wouldn’t bother with this tour group. We were booked on the 12:05 pm boat to Positano from Sorrento, we finally boarded the boat at 12:45pm, no explanation given. The guy in charge at the dock wasn’t helpful at all, couldn’t be bothered given us updates on the arrival of our boat. We did arrive safely, but not impressed.

Bellissimo modo di visitare la costiera Sorrentina e amalfitana, con partenza da Sorrento, sosta a Positano e Amalfi. Stupendo il giro in gozzo attorno all'isola di Capri. Lo staff professionale e disponibile, i prezzi ridotti rispetto alla media delle altre escursioni in zona. Consigliato se si vuole provare un'esperienza nuova o rivedere la bellissima costiera

You book the boat through the hotel. Easy. Getting to your destination is easy. They need a little work on the return. Everyone is trying to board at the same time whether you are going to Sorrento,Pasitano, Amalfi, and or Capri. Be ready. Be ready to ask someone if it is your boat. Sometimes you get ahead of the lines if your boat is the only one going to your port. Pay attention. Listen to the guys running the boats and ask questions. You will be fine.

These guys are the worst regarding accurate and clear, concise information relaying to their customers. All they cared about is “fresh melon” and the Emerald Cave tour they tried to pitch to us. Disgusting. They were rude also, and THEY LEFT US AT AMALFI BECAUSE THE BOAT DEPARTS AT 16.25 AND NOT 16.45 as it is stated at their itinerary board. We had to take the bus and the Vesuviana to get back to C/mare… This company is a joke, just pay a bit more for a more decent experience!
