A Day Cooking With The Duchess

I have spent the day in the most delightful way exploring the local market, learning tips and tricks of Sicilian cuisine and being introduced to the history of Palermo, Sicily and the family. Then, I have had enjoyed the luncheon and a tour of the palazzo, which holds many treasures and œuvres d’art. Could not recommend more. A must for Italian cuisine fanatics (even if you do not know how to cook - like me)

I have just spent a wonderful day today cooking with Duchess herself. Nicoletta opened her personal home and her heart today to all of us in such a sincere and genuine way. From choosing the meat, produce and bread together in the local market, right to her private terrace to harvest the garnishes, all of the sourcing and recipes were very special!The instruction was precise, the personal stories priceless and the dining very grand! If you would like to experience Sicily up close and personal, spend the day with the Duchess. Grazie mille.Margie
