Art & Park Union Lido | Hotel 4 Stelle Superior

Amenities are not communicated clearly. They make it look like the spa / wellness belongs to the hotel - it does not. It's in a huge park that is a campsite, belonging to the same company, and the wellness is within that park, about 15min walk away in a campsite. And it closes at 6pm, opens at 10am. So if you want an evening hot tub or relaxation, well, you can't have it, especially if you booked for only 1 night, and you only booked them for the wellness... Oh, and you have to be checked out by 10am so you really clearly cannot use the pool or the wellness..And I asked them about this by email, and then by the phone, and they only said we'll explain you everything once you are here.. yeah, right.Because telling the truth would drive guests away.Also, reservation was handled badly, they wanted to give us another room that cost less but had to pay double for breakfast, i had to insist to get what I booked for, and no one said sorry or anything for their fault.The park and hotel itself is nice, breakfast selection poor, wellness far away and only operational during daytime... not coming here again.

You pay a lot of money for a swimming course (160 Euro for two kids)- and you have to sit very close to the toilets on the ground….. but most of the lays are empty ….. with other words: there are only interested in your money….

Struttura trovata per caso ma un'esperienza fantastica!Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte (di passaggio) ... Cortesia e disponibilità del personale unica ... Colazione completa e ben organizzata: ogni gusto è pienamente soddisfatto!Camere pulite e struttura organizzatissima!Consigliatissimo!!!!!!

Visitato per lavoro, è una città nel verde, ricca di servizi e connessa alla spiaggia.

Il luogo è sinceramente suggestivo per i numerosi servizi che offre. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo dell'albergo e non avevamo tempo per fare le innumerevoli attrattive del luogo, dal mare , alle piscine, ai negozi, ecc. La camera era ampia e spaziosa e i servizi perfetti. Abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza in uno degli innumerevoli ristoranti ad un prezzo accettabile. La colazione era abbondante e molto diversificata. Il prezzo in questa stagione sinceramente buono.

L’accoglienza e la sempre gradita disponibilità da parte del personale della reception è senz’altro un buon inizio.Il rilevante plus point è stato durante tutto il periodo di permanenza (2 settimane):il mantenimento della pulizia,igiene,gentilezza e riservatezza presenti nella dependance dell’hotel.Tutto ciò fornito da una ottima gestione della struttura e dalla presenza della Signora Rosaria che,con la sua costante gentilezza e spiccata professionalità,ha contribuito a rendere questa nostra vacanza serena.Di ciò la ringraziamo di cuore.Camillo e Francesca

Fabulous hotel. Lovely simple rooms clean and pleasant. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the private pool from Union Lido is absolutely fab. Loved our stay. Thanks staff at Park Hotel.

Buon hotel con parco e spiaggia privata. Dotato inoltre di Spa, palestra è piccola piscina.In posizione strategica per raggiungere Venezia con il battello.

Cortesia e professionalità del personale. Camere pulitie e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione davvero top con tanta scelta di dolce e salato. Un luogo ideale dove ricaricarsi visto che l’Union Lido è camping 5 stelle davvero top

Can't make up my mind if this location is a 9 or 10! By far the best accomodation and resort I've been at.Staff uniform were spotless,even their shoes witch were white seems like new(maibe they were) Recommended it from my heart.
