The worst host ever, he used my credit card information without permission

The room was as per the photo when we book it. The first day there was not hot water at all... They never clean the room ... And there was an incident with the key of the room even though we deliver back to them during check out the accuse us from losing and wanting to charge 200 euro... Unprofessional at least ...
