We’ve left our luggage there from 8am and we took it back on evening like 5pm, price it’s 5€ all day! Fast and easy, staff know English, so one more star for that!

Il deposito per bagagli da custodire è posto in un edificio di un piano di fronte alle porte di uscita dall'aeroporto. Purtroppo sul fabbricato non c'è nessuna indicazione e il navigatore di Google Maps mi portava a un altro deposito dentro l'aeroporto. Cordiale e veloce la ragazza . Prezzo 5 euro a bagaglio ! Consigliatissimo se volete fare un giro al centro commerciale Orio e volete muovervi liberi dai bagagli.

Lo peor no se lo recomiendo a nadie el chico que esta de ouestoes un irresponsable me dio un precio y al final cuando me imprime los recibos me aumento el triple le dije no quiero guardalo al segundo de ver el engaño pues me presiono a que ya tengo que pagarlo sin nisiquiera haberme guardado la maleta llama a su supervisora muy arrogante ella y me dice que tengo que pagarlo obligatoriamente si no llamaba a la policia que eran SUS AMIGOS y le iban a creer a ella de que la estaba maltratando algo que era falso solo pedia mis maletas que falta de respeto

Avoid at all costs.The person who is managing the business (not sure about the gender, strange looks) was throwing the luggage, modified the price and on pick up, he made us wait for over 15 minutes.Worst service

L'avidità non conosce limiti, ogni borsa costa € 5, quindi il campione prende circa 5 valigie grandi e poi prende solo poco e non gli importa cosa ci fai. Zero stars!!!!!!

They deserve to be banned from business. If I could rate as 0 I would do so, the staff is rude, impolite and unwilling to help. Opening hours are unbelievable. They do not store bike boxes which goes completely on the opposite direction of a “bike friendly” airport. A joke as a service.

Had a really bad experience. Left 2 pieces of luggage (suitcase and 5kg bag) for 5 days and misplaced one of two receipts with barcode. What a drama was it to get it back! Got my bag 5kg bag no problem since had barcode for it, but the guy who worked there said absolute no to give back the second piece even though:1. It had tag with my name2. Airtag inside3. Both pieces were stored together (one on top of the other)It was my mistake that I lost the receipt, but they took a picture of my documents with the missing barcode when I was leaving the luggage, so it wouldn't be a problem to do check on that but the guy just didn't care at all and sent me to figure it out by myself. In the end after 30 minutes of running around the airport I was able to get my second piece of luggage thank's to another guy who works there that I was lucky to meet at the bus that goes from Bergamo to Milan.The story happened on July 5 between 11AM-1PM. To the guy who worked there at the time and I had a pleasure" to deal with - I wish you same customer service wherever you go.To whoever is going to use this service (since there's no alternatives) - just take a picture of the barcode and keep that stupid piece of paper as close as you keep your passport. Otherwise you might end up missing your plane and left without your belongings."

Dans un premier temps nous tombons sur l’affiche disant que le dépôt d’un bagage est à 5€ par jour. L’employé au moment où nous voulons payer avant de donner nos bagages, dis que d’abord il prend les bagages, les ranges puis prend le paiement. Une fois qu’il a pris nos bagages, il nous demande 5€ par bagage alors que rien n’indique un tel tarif, il est simplement spécifié que le dépôt de bagage coûte 5€ par jour. Nous demandons alors à reprendre nos bagages, il nous dit qu’il ne peut rien annuler et nous demande la totalité pour pouvoir reprendre nos bagages. Arnaque. A fuir car ils cherchent juste à arnaquer les touristes.
