Booking.Com sent us an email cancelling our pre-paid booking for MM Apartments. There is something very dodgy about this place. No answers now from neither the Apartments or Booking.Com - TOTALLY POOR AND NOT SATISFACTORY.

I arrived to the apartment and no one at home, they canceled the reservation and not updated me.Also im waiting for the refaund...

This apartment cancelled our booking within a few weeks of arriving and have now left us without accommodation at very late notice. I wouldn’t trust booking with them again and other travellers should beware. We are still waiting on our refund!

NO RESERVEN ACA!!!! Es un sitio falso!!!!!! :-Me cobraron el alojamiento y lo.cancelan unas semanas antes de viajar. CUIDADOOOOO!!!!!This apartment cancelled our booking within a few weeks of arriving and have now left us without accommodation at very late notice. I wouldn’t trust booking with them again. We are still waiting on our refund!

Scam, same happened to us. I was able to speak with Booking.com who advised they are investigating and are in the process of refunding bookings paid to this property. I would suggest ringing Booking.com if you do not receive your money back in the next few days.

Nu am reusit sa iau legatura cu proprietarii. Nu au raspuns la mail si nici la telefon. Am trimis si 2 mesaje pe whastapp care au fost vazute, insa la care nu mi s-a raspuns. Fake italians!

Our reservation was cancelled without any reason. We try to communicate with them over email and phone but we did not get any answer from either. We did not het refunded yet, still waiting. Also booking did not do anything yet.

It's a SCAM! Just had my reservation Cancelled after 100% billing throgh TWOONE Apartaments also in Milan. Do no book this apartment.É um GOLPE! Acabamos de ter nossas reservas canceladas mesmo pela cobrança total do valor em nosso cartão de crédito na empresa TWOONE Apartaments também em Milão. Não reservem este apartamento!

Aceasta proprietate nu exista in realitate, iar proprietarii fac escrocherii de genul in Milano, Verona si multe alte orase.
