The Hub Hotel

Grandi pretese poco mantenute a partire dalla barriera del giardino arrugginita e dalle vetrate sporche.Camera ben arredata, biancheria perfetta, ma: la finestra rotta e non si poteva chiudere (sia il vetro esterno che il vetro interno, senza maniglia), il lavandino era intasato, la doccia perdeva. Pulizia del bagno non troppo accurata.

Lovely rooms and bathroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the metro is also excellent. Breakfast is tasty and has a lot of options. Heated swimming pool and gym are great too. My family and I would highly recommend.

I've been travelling quite a lot in my life but rarely I found an hotel like this. The hotel is located in an industrial area, but I need a place near the new Hospital Sant'Ambrogio. The remote location is compensated by a very efficient free shuttle service. They took me and picked me up from the H twice a day and they were super punctual and polite. All the drivers. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and kind.I had a basic room which was comfortable for a 1 person but probably a bit small for a couple, however there is everything you need and if not you can ask. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is also good. There is a nice outside space and a pool on the top floor, not really for swimming but it is a very welcome addition to chill out. The decor of the hotel makes you feel that you are in Milan in the most positive sense.

Esperienza positiva, siamo stati giusto una notte.Possibilità di venire con i propri cani.Colazione ottima, personale molto cortese.Abbiamo avuto solo un'intoppo al ritorno di notte, perchè ci avevano dato una seconda tessera, ma non collegata alla nostra stanza e quindi non riuscivamo ad entrare alle 2 di notte.

Hotel accogliente con un buon ristorante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.L'hotel mette a disposizione dei clienti un efficiente servizio navetta (per la Fiera, per l'ospedale Gruppo San Donato). Davvero un valore aggiunto. Bravi

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel.Camere ben arredate ampie pulite e confortevoli. Buona qualità del sonno.Buona e varia la colazione internazionale, salato, dolce e frutta fresca.Ottimo l'aperitivo presso il bar (spritz e stuzzichini Ok)All'ultimo piano, anche se non usufruito ci sono area fitness e piscina gratuiti.Servizio navetta da e per la metro più vicina (Molino Dorino) offerta dall'hotel su richiesta.Unica nota negativa la posizione, seppur vicino alle fiere Milano City e Rho circa 15 min di auto, per il resto è lontano da tutto mezzi e locali.Comunque Consigliato per soggiorni di lavoro e/o fiere e congressi.

Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo veramente molto di più. Tralasciando la zona trascurata probabilmente dal comune, l’hotel esternamente si presenta logoro e mal mantenuto. Finché non ho visto il cartello che mi indicava l’ingresso ero convinto che fosse uno stabile in disuso. La pulizia é pessima. Già nella hall lascia a desiderare con un divano pieno di macchie. La stanza che mi é stata assegnata aveva giusto qualche diffettuccio:Muffa in bagno, lo scarico della vasca ( con funzione piatto doccia ) intasato, un phone appeso sopra il bidet (che non so neppure se sia a norma) e un telefono sopra il vater ( non capisco, ma mi adeguo) entrambi con talmente tanta polvere sui cavi da far spavento. La scrivania che perde pezzi ( non scherzo, una bordatura di metallo laterale l’ho trovata a terrra al mio ingresso) e sopra questa scrivania una lampada con il paralume strappato. A garanzia di un sereno riposo na ventilazione fastidiosamente rumorosa e che spara aria direttamente sul letto. I vetri lerci e chicca delle chicce, nemmeno una presa di corrente vicino al letto ( qualcuno potrebbe trovarlo salutare, ma con 4 interruttori luce e una lampada per comodino, la presa elettrica per attaccarci in carica lo smartphone non avrebbe nuociuto poi tanto )Un garage da 15 €/gg nel quale non avrei parcheggiato nemmeno una bici rubata, a lasciarci la macchina mi é venuta l’ansia.Unica nota positiva della mia esperienza?Il personale di reception e sala colazioni veramente gentile, sorridente e disponibile.Lo consiglierei come Hotel? Assolutamente no, almeno finché non lo curano meglio a livello igienico, funzionale ed estetico

The good:The receptionist were helpful. Good shower. They offer free shuttle to the city (Due to the distance), very good. Low pollution (relatively). They gave us a map. Good air-condition. Great Wi-Fi.The bad:The TV, even in the premium room is tiny. We found a very dirty towel with brown marks on it. Facilities are still being built / repaired on the top floor. Food was pricey & were salted so much that we could not eat it. Waiters forgot our order over 3 times on a non-busy time. Location is close to the slums. At arrival we noticed their neighbour buildings with graffiti, broken windows, and construction (?). Receptionist allows certain people to skip in-front of us at the reception.

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte in questo hotel e siamo stati molto bene. Alla reception abbiamo trovato Lowenda (spero di aver scritto bene) ed è stata fantastica, ci ha aiutato tanto per tutto, grazie mille. Ci ha pure prenotato per lo zero gravity per nostro figlio. Colazione buona, un'ottima scelta di tutto. Noi avevamo la macchina ma volendo hanno una navetta che ti porta alla stazione metro più vicina.La camera era comoda e dotata di tutto, pure del bollitore con caffè e tè.

It's a bit far from Milan, but we were there with a group, so they chose the hotel and it worked for us. The hotel and rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was modern with a cool sink (but the shower door allowed a good deal of water onto the floor). The staff was very friendly, especially the dining room staff. We initially had trouble with the door and lights, but figured it out (too modern for us I guess). The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with good coffee and lots of food options. Overall, we had a very nice stay
