It is a nice place to stay. There are 3 rooms and contactless check in which is good. The room was clean but there is no ventilation and no view. The floors are extremely cold and hard to walk on without slippers. It is veryyyy central which makes traveling around so easy and a walking distance to everywhere. The bed was comfy and the place was quiet.

Emplacement absolument parfait en plein coeur de Florence. La chambre est assez petite, mais confortable donc pas vraiment gênant. Attention cependant avec la salle de bain (commune aux trois chambres), le mitigeur de la douche était cassé (eau glaciale ou brûlante, au choix), et la douche était bouchée durant tout mon séjour (1 semaine). Le personnel était très agréable et serviable !
