Vorrei chiedere perché il conduttore dell'autobus alle 11:30 del 25 luglio non mi ha inviato il biglietto di ieri e ha scritto la data di oggi, ma non ha comunicato chiaramente con i miei colleghi? Ho fatto pensare al tuo supervisore che fossi multato per non aver comprato un biglietto. Ero furioso perché avevo già comprato un biglietto di andata e ritorno, ma per un errore dell'autista mi stavano multando. Non so come si chiama l'autista, ma sono salito in macchina alle 11.30 e sono uscito alle 12. Desidero ora contattare l'autista che ha venduto il mio biglietto e vorrei una spiegazione. The “priority boarding” is meaningless… people stand in line and when a bus arrives everyone just crowds the entrance. The bus operators do nothing to enforce a line. There was line cutting which resulted in pushing and almost a serious crushing of a child. They clearly oversold the bus. This company should be investigated.

Vorrei sapere per quale ragione il giorno 29 dicembre abbiamo preso DUE bus STRAPIENI (andata e ritorno) e NESSUNO (dico NESSUNO!) ha controllato il green pass A NESSUNO DEI PASSEGGERI (molti dei quali oltretutto tossivano pesantemente durante il viaggio) ? Una cosa indecente. Un pressappochismo inaccettabile. Eravamo senza parole.

If you want to sell tickets only, stick to the conditions you put on the website. It says priority boarding with an e-ticket (ie. you do not have to line up). Not true. The driver and the attendant do not care if you have an e ticket or not. You have to line up like all others. I called about changing the time to their customer service (because their website did not let me change it online- again, different from what they say online) and was told that I can show up without doing so. On site, again, the attendant did not let us get on the bus. Please do better customer service, or do not pretend like e ticket gives you priority boarding.

Poor bus service. The bus took very long to board with a slow ticket checking process. The bus also broke down halfway and we had to change buses and since it was a smaller bus, some passengers had no choice but to stand. The journey was advertised to be 50 minutes but in reality it took almost 1 hour 45 minutes. Would not trust this bus service.

Violating the traffic rules, the driver made the tourists stand all the way (on the highway)! No one reminded passengers to wear masks! Passengers eat and drink on the bus! No one organized in the morning! Service attitude is super bad!

It says in the website that buying tickets online will give u priority boarding, turned out that’s not the case at all, everybody need to queue at the same line, u would need to wait for the next bus if it’s full

The Driver was so nice and helpful. We can buy the ticket online and board the bus earlier than people who buy it onsite.. and it is okhay if u miss the bus on your e-ticket schedule, you can wait the next bus using the same ticket

Preso diverse volte, autobus SEMPRE in ritardo con personale disorganizzato. Dal bus del lusso (costosissimo) mi aspetto puntualità e professionalità (al ritorno, ho spesso trovato borse ad occupare sedili e buste nel corridoio di scorrimento)Al momento lo SCONSIGLIO vivamente.
