We planned our entire 3 week stay in Italy for September- October (2 weeks in Florence and 1 week in Rome) thru Italy XP.In June we provided to Miriam (our Italy XP travel agent extrodonaire) with all the things we wanted to see and do. She responded with 7 possible tours and all the details of cost, when and where. We scheduled when we wanted each tour and Miriam set it all up in a few days! So all was planned and ready months before our trip.The communication via email with Miriam was seemless and so efficient. What an wonderful service to put together a custom-planned trip! Miriam was amazing at keeping track of all the details . Miriam addressed ALL our questions, concerns and a few issues immediately, professionally, with incredible competence and kindness. Miriam is an ITALYXP asset they do not want to lose.Our trip to Italy and all the tours made possible through Miriam at ItalyXP was a dream come true.

The “tour guide” provided was not a guide and didn’t provide any information about the area- we basically drove around in a van all day stopping at random pull off sites. There was no AC in the van during the height of summer.

The email confirmations were very quick and efficient. They were similar prices to other operators. On arrival at Marco Polo they didn’t have the correct notification for the local operator and so we had to wait and they informed me there was a diary mix up. They did provide us with a lovely boat and the actual journey was great. Because of the mixup i confirmed the return journey to find they’d got the incorrect times so overall I wasn’t pleased with their attention to detail but the boats were great.

Ho trovato ItalyXP su consiglio di amici Canadesi che erano rimasti entusiasti della originalità e professionalità con cui era stato organizzato il loro tour in Italia.Quindi ho deciso, da italiano, di provare un loro tour personalizzato e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore.Sono stato con la mia famiglia una settimana in costiera amalfitana e mi sono divertito tantissimo con le loro attività esclusive, senza ovviamente contare la bellezza dei luoghi visitati.Il prezzo mi è sembrato più che competitivo considerando la qualità dei servizi offerti e la fluidità delle tempistiche del tour.Ringrazio di cuore Azzurra e Tania per la loro pazienza, disponibilità e professionalità nell'organizzazione del viaggio.Non vedo l'ora di organizzare un altro tour personalizzato, questa volta in Veneto e a Bergamo.Concludo affermando che ItalyXP è il modo migliore, anche per gli italiani, per riscoprire la magnificenza artistica, paesaggistica e culinaria del Paese più bello del mondo.Un caro saluto!

Devo proprio dare 5 stelle, sono stata ad un tour di Napoli e Pompei in giornata. La guida Rossella è stata bravissima, simpatica e molto (davvero molto) disponibile. Perfino il nostro autista è stato amichevole e mi ha dato molti consigli sulla città di Roma e cosa andare a visitare. Altamente preparati e assolutamente Consigliati. Bravissimi.
