I booked through booking. The instructions were to take from garibaldi station, it is out of thestation and rental offices. We called them and got instructions. The car was ok snd the return was excellent.

Involved in SCAMMING!!! They refused our digital credit card and debit card without giving a refund. Then when we were really desperate and helpless they suggested a different company for a slightly higher price that will accept our cards. Once we agreed ( because we’re stuck in Napoli without a hotel and nowhere to go) some sketchy dude picked us up in the car and drove us to a different location where they tried to make another offer. Fortunately we checked the reviews for this new company and got warned that it’s a scam and they withhold the deposits. We asked them about the bad reviews and first they got really weird and uncomfortable and then angry so we left.The same thing happened to several people while we were waiting at the office trying to find a solution. It seems like they refuse cards to bring people into a helpless situation to guide them into the arms of scammers.Several people were given the contact to this new company (called frank autonoleggio), it really gave the impression of an organized scam i saw already 4 people falling for it, can’t imagine how many a day.STAY AWAY or bring a analog credit card.

Molto gentili. Tutto bene anche se non è chiaro fuori dall’aeroporto dove recarsi per prendere la navetta. Ma non è colpa di Autovia ma delle indicazioni non chiare dei parcheggi. L’area P5 non è segnalata e quindi si fa casino! Consiglio in ogni caso di arrivare per tempo perché i tempi di trasferimento da e verso l’aeroporto non sono immediati. Comunque il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

L agenzia si trova fuori dall aereoporto ma il servizio navetta é molto efficiente.Avendolo prenotato velocemente ho preso la macchina meno costosa. Sono andato a chiedere un upgrade e mi hanno chiesto 32 eur per un altra auto dello stesso segmento. Ho rifiutato e ho preso la macchina che mi spettava . Il giorno della riconsegna vedo sul conto che hanno comunque addebbitato i 32 euro senza mia autorizzazione .Naturalmente ho chiesto un rimborso ma sono passati 18 giorni e non ho ricevuto ancora niente.

Email con indicazioni sbagliate, attesa di quasi mezz'ora un auto per un auto che ti portasse al parcheggio giusto, autista che minaccia di lasciarti li perché fai presente i tempi morti, costo assicurazione più che doppia rispetto alla media che trovo in Europa, 1 g di nolo, 60 km fatti in tangenziale, al rientro zelante ricevitore mi voleva far firmare una serie di sgraffi e piccole botte dicendomi non ha controllato l'auto al ritiro?"( anche volendo auto scura di notte al.buio in piazzale poco illuminato....) Non possono essere miei e basta. Questo atteggiamento ha un nome solo: scegliete voi. Mai più."

Everything was fine. We picked up the car in Bari and left it in Napoli. In both offices the attention was good. Alessia made a quick check and helped us with everything. They gave us a bigger car which I would really recommend as the traffic here is very difficult.

Tutto è filato liscio, buonissima l'accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, sopratutto nella persona di Davide, che ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le risposte ai ma mille quesiti. L'auto con poco meno di 15km, in buono stato, pulita, ci ha più che soddisfatti.

Bad service. They give you a bad address and also they charge you more money because you don’t have an international permit for driving, which they DIDN’T SPECIFY in the beginning when you booked it in the first place. Also, they change your car (I had to tell them I wanted the one we reserved and then the lady had so much attitude). Really unpleasant experience, absolutely don’t recommend.For these things it’s better to go with the companies that are better known worldwide and pay a bit more.

Rented a car from Autovia through doyouitaly from Naples Airport. Both telephone numbers on email to request courtesy bus to depot were wrong. Had to get a taxi and caught office as it was closing. Car allocated was Opel Corsa with 66000kms. Staff left depot before I could check car. Upon starting it an amber engine warning light came on. I then drove the car to our destination. A couple of days later the warning light turned red and car went into 'limp' mode making it unsafe to drive. I checked oil and found engine was almost empty. I contacted Autovia who told me to top up oil and invoice them or return to depot 1.5 hours away! I bought 2 litres of oil. Subsequently Autovia (and Doyouitaly) have refused to refund me. They have offered a discount on my next rental but I have no plans on returning to Italy.Had I not put any oil in and continued to drive I'm sure a huge amount of expensive engine damage would have been caused. In hindsight I should've done that and let Autovia sort out a broken car. Also, how could such a poorly maintained and dangerous car be rent out in the 1st place? What maintenance if any do their cars have?

Prima volta con Autovia e.... la raccomando a tutti! Macchina nuova, prezzi molto concorrenziali e Customer Service ai massimi livelli per professionalità, cortesia e simpatia.
